Claims (6)
- 심선을 둘러싸는 내부절연층과 와이어의 외부를 형성하는 외부절연층의 사이에 쉴드선이 설치되는 와이어와 터미널을 연결하는 고전압 커넥터용 와이어연결장치에 있어서,
상기 와이어의 선단에서 상기 내부절연층이 드러나도록 소정 구간이 제거된 외부절연층의 선단 외면을 둘러싸도록 설치되는 서포트링과,
상기 서포트링의 외면을 둘러싸도록 내부공간에 상기 서포트링이 위치되는 링몸체가 골격을 형성하는 것으로 상기 쉴드선의 선단이 서포트링에 안착된 상태에서 상기 서포트링의 외면을 둘러싸는 것으로 상기 링몸체의 선단에는 링몸체의 다른 부분보다 직경이 작은 조임단이 구비되는 클림프링을 포함하고,
상기 서포트링에는 상기 쉴드선이 안착된 상태에서 상기 클림프링이 안착되는 압착단이 선단에 소정 구간에 걸쳐 형성되는데, 상기 압착단의 부분은 상기 서포트링의 다른 부분에 비해 외경이 작게 형성되며,
상기 클림프링의 조임단은 링몸체의 내면에서는 선단으로 갈수록 횡단면적이 좁아지게 됨을 특징으로 하는 고전압 커넥터용 와이어연결장치.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 터미널의 후단과 상기 쉴드선 사이의 절연거리를 확보하기 위해 상기 와이어에는 절연성 재질로 만들어지는 절연링이 설치되고,
상기 절연링은 외부로 드러난 상기 내부절연층의 외면을 둘러싸도록 상기 와이어통공의 내경은 상기 내부절연층의 외경보다 작게 형성되고 상기 외부절연층의 선단에 인접하게 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 고전압 커넥터용 와이어연결장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 절연링은 탄성변형이 가능한 재질로 만들어지는 도우넛 형상의 링몸체의 중앙을 관통하여 상기 와이어가 통과하는 와이어통공이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 고전압 커넥터용 와이어연결장치.
