Description
移送チューブに接続可能な本体と、
噴射剤に含まれる粒子状物質を選択的に移送チューブに沿って通過させ、その先端を通じて排出させる噴射剤アクチュエータと、
前記チューブに沿って配置され、イオン放出ゾーンを有するイオンエミッタと、を含む。
a)本体から噴射剤の放出を作動させるステップ、
b)移送チューブに沿って送り出される粒子を含む噴射剤をその先端に移送するステップ、
c)噴射剤を放出するステップ、
d)イオンエミッタのイオン放出ゾーンからイオンの放出を開始し、それにより放出された噴射剤内に含まれる粒子状物質をイオン化し、粒子状物質を外科的処置が施される部位に引き寄せるステップ。
体内腔に配置可能な少なくとも1つのイオン放出ゾーンを有するイオンエミッタと、
体内腔内に配置可能であり、そこから粒子状物質を投薬(dispensing)するための出口を有するディスペンサ(液剤定量吐出装置)と、
均一な投薬を提供するために、体内腔内のディスペンサの出口の位置に応じて、イオンエミッタの少なくとも1つのイオン放出ゾーンの位置を決定するためのプロセッサと、を含む。
a.前記表面の地形を決定するステップ、
b.体内腔内のディスペンサの出口の位置および前記表面の地形に応じて、粒子状物質の投薬を可能にするために、体内腔内の電位場分布を決定するステップ、
c.決定された電位場分布を生成するように、体内腔内の少なくとも1つのイオンエミッタの位置を決定するステップ、及び
d.少なくとも1つのイオンエミッタを決定された位置に配置するステップ。
a)本体2からの噴射薬4の放出を作動させる。
b)噴射剤4を移送チューブ3に沿って端部3bに移送する。
c)噴射剤4を体内に放出する。
d)イオンエミッタ8のイオン放出ゾーン9を展開する。
e)イオンエミッタ8のイオン放出ゾーン9からのイオンの放出を開始し、それにより体内に放出された噴射剤4をイオン化し、噴射剤4中の粒子4aを体内部位に引き寄せる。
Claims (7)
- 患者の体内腔の表面への粒子状物質の均一な堆積を可能にするための外科用アセンブリであって、
前記体内腔内に配置可能なイオン放出ゾーンを有するイオンエミッタと、
前記体内腔内に配置可能な出口を備え、そこから粒子状物質を投薬するためのディスペンサと、
前記体内腔内の前記ディスペンサの出口の位置を前提として前記イオンエミッタの前記イオン放出ゾーンの位置を決定して、前記粒子状物質の均一な堆積を提供するように構成されるプロセッサと、を含み、
前記プロセッサの決定が、
前記体内腔のトポグラフィを表すトポグラフィデータを取得することと、
前記粒子状物質の均一な堆積を提供するために、前記ディスペンサの出口の位置及び前記トポグラフィに応じた電位場分布を決定することと、
決定した前記電位場分布を生成するために必要な前記イオンエミッタの位置を決定することと、
を含むことを特徴とする外科用アセンブリ。 - 前記粒子状物質が治療剤である、請求項1に記載の外科用アセンブリ。
- 前記粒子状物質が診断薬である、請求項1に記載の外科用アセンブリ。
- 少なくとも2つのイオンエミッタが、前記ディスペンサの出口と前記体内腔の表面との間の離間した領域に配置される、請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の外科用アセンブリ。
- イオンエミッタ毎に電源をさらに備える、請求項4に記載の外科用アセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも2つのイオンエミッタに電力を供給するための共通電源をさらに備える、請求項4に記載の外科用アセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも2つのイオンエミッタに選択的に電力を供給するためのコントローラをさらに備える、請求項6に記載の外科用アセンブリ。
