Claims (15)
- 特に粘膜切除のための切除装置(11)であって、
第1電極(32)が少なくとも部分的に配置された第1チャネル(28)と、第2電極(33)が少なくとも部分的に配置された第2チャネル(29)とからなるヘッド(20)を備え、
前記第1チャネル(28)と前記第2チャネル(29)と共に、鋭角(α)が形成され、前記第1電極(32)と前記第2電極(33)と共に、前記鋭角(α)が形成され、
前記第1電極(32)および前記第2電極(33)から生体組織へ電流が流れ、当該電流は中性電極(39)を介して戻り、
前記第1チャネル(28)および前記第2チャネル(29)から排出されるプラズマ電流は分散している
切除装置。 - 前記第1チャネル(28)と前記第2チャネル(29)とは、ガス伝導チャネルであることを特徴とする
請求項1に記載の切除装置。 - 前記各チャネル(28、29)は、中央に前記電極(32、33)が配置された丸い口を有することを特徴とする
請求項1または2に記載の切除装置。 - 前記各チャネル(28、29)は、少なくともそれらの末端が耐熱性プラスチック製またはセラミック素材製であることを特徴とする

請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の切除装置。 - 前記電極(32、33)のうちの少なくとも1つのための電気供給線(34、35)は、前記供給線(23、23a、23b)を通って延びていることを特徴とする
請求項5または6に記載の切除装置。 - 前記2つの電極(32、33)の前記電気供給線(34、35)は、互いに対して電気的に絶縁されていることを特徴とする
