Claims (4)
- 互いに直列接続された複数のセルにより構成される蓄電装置と、
前記蓄電装置の電力により駆動される電動機と、
前記電動機により駆動される油圧ポンプと、
前記油圧ポンプが送出する作動油により駆動される作業装置と、
前記複数のセルのそれぞれのセル電圧を検出する電圧検出器と、
前記セル電圧を制御するコントローラと、を備えた建設機械において、
前記コントローラは、
前記複数のセルのセル電圧のばらつきを低減するバランシング制御を行うバランシング制御部と、
前記複数のセルのそれぞれのセル電圧のうち最大セル電圧を演算する最大セル電圧演算部と、
前記複数のセルのそれぞれのセル電圧のうち最小セル電圧を演算する最小セル電圧演算部と、
前記最大セル電圧と前記最小セル電圧との差電圧が前記バランシング制御を実施した履歴に基づいて求められる基準差電圧の範囲内か否かに応じて、前記蓄電装置の異常を検知する異常検知部と、を備え、
前記異常検知部は、前記最大セル電圧と前記最小セル電圧との差電圧を演算する減算部と、前記バランシング制御を実施した履歴として前記建設機械が停止した休車時間を計測する休車時間計測部と、前記休車時間に基づいて前記基準差電圧を演算する基準差電圧演算部と、前記差電圧と前記基準差電圧とを比較する比較部とを備えていることを特徴とする建設機械。 - 前記蓄電装置から前記電動機への電力供給を遮断する遮断装置を備え、
前記コントローラは、前記最大セル電圧と前記最小セル電圧との差電圧が許容差電圧の範囲外となったときに、前記遮断装置によって前記蓄電装置から前記電動機への電力供給を遮断することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建設機械。 - 前記バランシング制御部は、前記蓄電装置から前記電動機に電力が供給されているときに加えて、前記遮断装置によって前記蓄電装置から前記電動機への電力供給が遮断されているときにも、前記バランシング制御を実行することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の建設機械。
- 前記基準差電圧演算部は、電圧の降下量が最も小さい正常なセルのセル電圧と、電圧の降下量が最も大きい正常なセルのセル電圧との差電圧が、前記バランシング制御の完了後からの経過時間に応じて増加することに基づいて、前記基準差電圧を演算することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建設機械。
