Description
更に上記した構成によれば、断接部材に固定子の位置ずれによる荷重負荷が作用しないので、断接部材に作用する軸方向の摺動抵抗が低減でき、断接部材の軸方向移動がスムーズとなる。

Claims (6)
- デフハウジングの内部に軸支されたディファレンシャル機構に接続されると共に、前記ディファレンシャル機構のボス部に摺動部材を介して軸支され、前記ディファレンシャル機構で分配された駆動力を伝達する第1回転体を回転させる第1シャフトと、
前記第1回転体に対向した第2回転体により、前記第1回転体からの駆動力を伝達され、前記第1シャフトと同軸で配設されて、車輪軸へと駆動力を伝達する第2シャフトと、
前記第1回転体に対し前記第2回転体を前記第1回転体と対向する側の反対側から軸方向に移動させ、前記第1シャフトと前記第2シャフトとの連結を断接させる断接部材と、
前記第2シャフトの外周に設けられ、前記断接部材を軸方向に移動可能に支持する支持部材と、
内設したコイルによる励磁によって、前記断接部材を軸方向へ移動させる固定子と、
前記第2シャフトを軸支しつつ前記第2シャフトの周囲に設けられ、少なくとも前記第1回転体の外周を覆い、前記デフハウジングに接続されるシャフトカバーと、を備え、
前記第1シャフト及び前記第2シャフトの境界には、第1軸支部が設けられ、前記第1軸支部にて前記第2シャフトの一端を軸支すると共に、前記シャフトカバーの内部にて前記第2シャフトの他端を軸支する第2軸支部を備え、
前記固定子は前記シャフトカバーの内壁に支持されており、前記固定子と前記断接部材との間にはクリアランスが設けられている駆動力断接装置。 - 前記第1回転体と前記第2回転体との間に介在し、前記固定子及び前記断接部材の非励磁によって、前記第1回転体と前記第2回転体とを離間させる付勢部材を備えた請求項1に記載の駆動力断接装置。
- 前記第1回転体および前記第2回転体は、ドグクラッチである請求項1または2に記載の駆動力断接装置。
- 前記支持部材は、前記断接部材を支持する円筒部と、該円筒部から径方向に延在する側壁部と、を有し、該側壁部は、前記断接部材の軸方向の移動を規制する請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の駆動力断接装置。
- 前記固定子は、前記断接部材の径方向外周と対向して配置され、前記側壁部は、前記固定子の側面と接合され、前記第2シャフト上に設けられる第1係止部材と当接し、また、前記固定子が、前記シャフトカバー内壁に係止される第2係止部材に当接し、前記支持部材及び前記固定子の軸方向位置を規制する請求項4に記載の駆動力断接装置。
- 前記支持部材は、前記側壁部から延在する回り止め部が設けられ、前記回り止め部と前記シャフトカバーの内壁とが当接する請求項5に記載の駆動力断接装置。
