Description
人体局部に向けて噴射する洗浄水を脈動させる洗浄便座の脈動発生装置であって、
モータと、
前記モータの回転に伴って、洗浄水の流路に設けられたポンプ室の容積を増減するように直動する直動部材と、
前記直動部材のストローク量を調整可能なストローク量調整手段と、
を備えることを要旨とする。
Claims (3)
- 人体局部に向けて噴射する洗浄水を脈動させる洗浄便座の脈動発生装置であって、
モータと、
前記モータの回転に伴って、洗浄水の流路に設けられたポンプ室の容積を増減するように直動する直動部材と、
前記直動部材のストローク量を調整可能なストローク量調整手段と、
を備え、
前記ストローク量調整手段は、前記モータが180度未満の所定角度範囲内で正方向と逆方向とに交互に回転するよう制御する制御手段であり、
前記モータは、永久磁石を有するDCモータであり、
前記制御手段は、通電のオン時間中に前記DCモータが正方向に回転し、通電のオフ時間中にコギングトルクにより前記DCモータが逆方向に回転するよう制御する
洗浄便座の脈動発生装置。 - 請求項1に記載の洗浄便座の脈動発生装置であって、
前記制御手段は、前記直動部材のストローク量がフルストロークとなるように通電のオン時間とオンオフの一周期とを設定して制御する第1デューティ制御と、前記第1デューティ制御よりも通電のオン時間比率を短くすると共にオンオフの一周期を長く設定してコギングトルクを利用した第2デューティ制御とを実行可能である
洗浄便座の脈動発生装置。 - 請求項2に記載の洗浄便座の脈動発生装置であって、
前記制御手段は、前記第2デューティ制御における通電のオン時間として、長短が異なる複数種類の時間を設定可能である
