- 삭제
- 구동력을 제공하는 구동모터(110)와, 그 구동모터(110)에 연결되어 회전속도를 감속시키는 감속기어(120)와, 그 감속기어(120)에 연결되되 펌핑실(131) 및 그 펌핑실(131)에 연통되는 흡입구(132)와 토출구(133)가 형성된 케이스(130)의 내측에 상호 결합되어 흡입구(132)로부터 유입되는 유체를 토출구(133)로 압송하는 제 1,2 펌핑기어(140)(150)로 이루어진 유압펌프에 있어서,일단이 상기 케이스(130)의 펌핑실(131)에 연통되도록 기밀 체결되고 타단측의 일부 내주면에 암나사(161)가 형성된 실린더(160)와;외주면에 수나사(201)가 형성되어 상기 실린더(160)의 암나사(161)에 체결 되고 중심부에 공기유입공(202)이 형성된 압력조절부재(200)와;상기 실린더(160) 내에 수용되되 내부에 개재된 스프링(170)의 탄성력과 상기 펌핑실(131)에 발생되는 압력의 상호 작용으로 왕복 이동되면서 일단의 외측면에 형성된 요홈(181)에 안착된 패킹(190)으로 상기 압력조절부재(200)의 공기유입공(202)을 패쇄 또는 개방하는 피스톤(180)을 포함하여 구성되고,상기 실린더(160)의 외주면에는 상기 피스톤(180)의 이동을 저지하기 위한 마그네트 코일(210)이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 유압펌프의 공기혼합장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 피스톤(180)의 외주면에는 축방향으로 공기유통홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유압펌프의 공기혼합장치.
