Claims (1)
- 工場からの三相交流電力がコンバータによって直流電力に変換され、該直流電力がインバータによって交流電力に変換されて各種モータが駆動され、そして前記コンバータの直流電線側に蓄電装置が設けられ、該蓄電装置が蓄電されるときは前記直流電力のみから蓄電されるようになっている電動射出成形機であって、
前記電動射出成形機は、工場の受電設備に設けられているデマンド監視装置から、工場全体の消費電力についての所定の単位時間毎の電力量であるデマンド電力に関して、その抑制を指示する所定の接点信号が入力されると電力抑制運転モードに移行し、前記接点信号が解除されると前記電力抑制運転モードが解除されて通常の運転モードに移行するようになっており、
前記電力抑制運転モードは、前記電動射出成形機の電力入力側に設けられている遮断器を遮断して工場からの三相交流電力の供給を停止し、前記蓄電装置に蓄電されている電力を前記インバータと、前記電動射出成形機に設けられているヒータとに供給して前記蓄電装置の電力のみによって運転するモードであることを特徴とする、蓄電装置を備えた電動射出成形機。
