Claims (15)
- バッテリセル(21)の電気的に固定された接続のための基板(1)であって、
前記基板(1)は非導電性材料から部分的に形成され、
前記基板(1)は第1の側面(2)における少なくとも2つの導電性および熱伝導性の接触部(7)と、第2の側面(15)における少なくとも1つの導電性および熱伝導性の接触部(7)とを有し、前記非導電性材料は平面状であり、かつ前記接触部(7)の間に配置され、
前記第1の側面(2)には導電性および熱伝導性の接続部(9)が配置され、前記接続部(9)は前記第1の側面(2)において前記接触部(7)を互いに導電的および熱伝導的に接続し、
前記第1の側面(2)の前記接触部(7)の各々に電気ヒューズが割り当てられ、前記接続部(9)はこの接触部(7)に割り当てられた電気ヒューズを介して各接触部(7)に接続され、
前記接続部(9)は、導電性の貫通素子(18)を介して前記基板(1)の前記非導電性材料を通じて前記基板(1)の前記第2の側面(15)の前記少なくとも1つの接触部(7)に導電的に接続されることで、前記基板の前記第1の側面(2)の各接触部(7)が少なくとも1つの電気ヒューズによって、前記基板(1)の前記第1の側面(2)の互いの接触部(7)および前記基板(1)の前記第2の側面の各接触部(7)に対して固定されることを特徴とする、基板(1)。 - 前記基板(1)の前記第1の側面の各接触部(7)は、前記基板(1)の前記第1の側面の非導電性部によって前記接続部(9)から分離され、かつ前記非導電性部を通る導体トラックによって前記接続部(9)に接続されており、前記導体トラック(10)がそれぞれの前記接触部(7)に割り当てられた前記ヒューズとして働くように前記導体トラック(10)が寸法決めされることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の基板(1)。
- 前記接続部(9)は、前記基板(1)の前記第1の側面(2)における平面状の導電性および熱伝導性の層として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の基板(1)。
- 前記接続部(9)は、互いに導電的および熱伝導的に接続された導体トラックの複合体として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の基板(1)。
- 各導体トラックは、接触部(7)を封入する閉じた導体ループとして構成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の基板(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの接触部(7)が前記基板(1)の前記第2の側面において、前記基板(1)の前記第2の側面(15)の平面状の導電性および熱伝導性の接続領域および接触領域(16)に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の基板(1)。
- 前記第1の側面(2)の前記接続部(9)は、前記非導電性材料を通じて前記第2の側面の前記接続領域および接触領域(16)に導電的および熱伝導的に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の基板(1)。
- 前記第1の側面(2)の各接触部(7)の周りに、複数の貫通素子(18)が前記接触部(7)から均一に間隔を置かれて配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の基板(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの貫通素子(18)は、前記非導電性材料を通る貫通穴(11)の内側端縁に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の基板(1)。
- 前記基板(1)の前記第1の側面(2)および/または前記第2の側面(15)における前記接触部(7)は、それぞれ前記基板(1)の前記第1の側面または前記第2の側面の表面によって定められる面に対して隆起していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の基板(1)。
- 前記接触部(7)が隆起した接触点を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の基板(1)。
- 前記基板(1)は可撓性であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11の何れか一項に記載の基板(1)。
- 前記基板(1)は前記非導電性材料の中に導電性および熱伝導性材料から形成された平面状のコア(12)を有し、
前記貫通素子(18)は前記コア(12)を通って延在し、かつ前記コア(12)から電気的に絶縁されることで、前記貫通素子(18)によって前記第1の側面の前記接触部(7)と前記第2の側面の前記接触部(7)との導電性および熱伝導性の接続が行われ、かつ前記コア(12)を通じて熱流が収集されて前記基板(1)から放散され得ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12の何れか一項に記載の基板(1)。 - 前記コア(12)は少なくとも部分的に前記基板(1)の端縁の外に導かれるか、または前記端縁において露出されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の基板(1)。
- セル配置(3)を有するバッテリ(20)であって、
前記セル配置(3)は電気的および熱的な直列回路および並列回路において互いに導電的および熱伝導的に接続された複数のバッテリセル(21)を含み、
前記セル配置(3)は少なくとも2つのバッテリ部(22)を含み、各バッテリ部(22)は並列に電気的に接続された複数のバッテリセル(21)からなり、
各バッテリセル(21)は正の端部端子および負の端部端子を有し、前記バッテリ部(22)の前記バッテリセル(21)は、それぞれの前記バッテリ部(22)の前記バッテリセル(21)のすべての前記正の端部端子が共通の正の接触面に位置し、かつそれぞれの前記バッテリ部(22)の前記バッテリセル(21)のすべての前記負の端部端子が共通の負の接触面に位置するように整列され、
前記バッテリ部(22)は互いに隣接して配置され、
各場合にバッテリ部(22)の正の接触面は隣接して配置されたバッテリ部(22)の負の接触面に面し、
前記接触面は互いに平行に整列され、
少なくとも2つの連続するバッテリ部(22)の間に、第1の側面(2)および第2の側面(15)を有する少なくとも部分的に導電性および熱伝導性の接続プレートが配置され、前記接続プレートは各場合に前記第1の側面(2)および前記第2の側面(15)に複数の熱伝導性および導電性の接触部(7)を有し、
前記第1の側面(2)の前記複数の接触部(7)に接続された前記端部端子は前記接続プレートを介して互いに導電的および熱伝導的に接続され、
前記第2の側面(15)の前記複数の接触部(7)に接続された前記端部端子は前記接続プレートを介して互いに導電的および熱伝導的に接続され、
前記第1の側面(2)の前記複数の接触部(7)に接続された前記端部端子は前記接続プレートを介して前記第2の側面(15)の前記複数の接触部(7)に接続された前記端部端子に導電的および熱伝導的に接続され、
前記接続プレートは、請求項1〜14の何れか一項に記載の基板(1)として構成されることを特徴とする、バッテリ(20)。
