Claims (14)

少なくとも一つの流動化装置(10)を有し、この流動化装置が、選択的に硬化すべき構成材料層(3)としてもたらすことが調達可能な構成材料(4)、及び/又は選択的に硬化されるべき構成材料層(3)としてもたらされる構成材料(4)の少なくとも部分的な流動化をもたらすガス流を生成するために設けられており、

- 少なくとも一つの振動伝達要素(18)が、少なくとも、機械的な振動を構成材料層内へともたらす間、構成材料層に接触しないので、発生される機械的な振動が、伝達媒体を介して間接的に構成材料層内へともたらされることが可能である、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 振動装置(16)は、発生された機械的振動の伝達の為の振動伝達要素(18)を備え、

- 放射発生装置(5)によって発生されるエネルギー照射(6)による硬化可能な粒子状の構成材料(4)からの個々の構成材料層の暫時的、選択的な硬化による三次元の対象(2)の積層造形的な製造の為の方法であって、選択的に硬化すべき構成材料層としてもたらされることが可能である構成材料(4)、及び/又は選択的に硬化すべき構成材料層としてもたらされた構成材料(4)が、流動化装置(10)によって少なくとも部分的に流動化され、
前記流動化装置(10)が、選択的に硬化すべき構成材料層(3)としてもたらすことが調達可能な構成材料(4)、及び/又は選択的に硬化されるべき構成材料層(3)としてもたらされる構成材料(4)の少なくとも部分的な流動化をもたらすガス流を生成するために設けられており、
前記ガス流が、少なくとも一つの、層形成装置(8)の機能構成要素内に形成された、ディフューザー状、又はノズル状の流れ開口部(12)を介して構成材料(4)内にもたらされることが可能であり、
