Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1つのエネルギービーム(4)によって固化することができる造形材料(3)の層を連続して層ごとに選択的に照射及び固化することによって少なくとも1つの3次元の物体(2)を付加製造する装置(1)向けの造形材料塗布デバイス(5)であって、この造形材料塗布デバイス(5)は、
− 少なくとも1つの3次元の物体(2)を付加製造するそれぞれの装置(1)の造形平面(E)内に或る量の造形材料(3)を塗布するように構成された少なくとも1つの造形材料塗布要素(8)と、
− 3次元の物体(2)を付加製造するそれぞれの装置(1)の造形材料(3)の層内に存在するスパッタ(10)を除去し、特に前記造形材料(3)のそれぞれの層の選択的な照射から生じるスパッタ(10)を除去するように構成された少なくとも1つのスパッタ除去要素(9)と、を備える造形材料塗布デバイス。 - 前記少なくとも1つの造形材料塗布要素(8)は、再被覆要素、特に再被覆ブレード要素として構築されるか、又は再被覆要素、特に再被覆ブレード要素を備える、請求項1に記載の造形材料塗布デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つのスパッタ除去要素(9)は、スパッタ除去ブレード要素(22)、特に可撓性のスパッタ除去ブレード要素として構築されるか、又はスパッタ除去ブレード要素(22)、特に可撓性のスパッタ除去ブレード要素を備える、請求項1又は2に記載の造形材料塗布デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つのスパッタ除去要素(9)は、スパッタ除去ドクターブレード又はワイパ要素として構築されるか、或いはスパッタ除去ドクターブレード又はワイパ要素を備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の造形材料塗布デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つのスパッタ除去要素(9)は、画定された空間配置内に複数のブラシ又はレーキ要素(21)を備えるスパッタ除去ブラシ又はレーキ要素(20)として構築されるか、或いは前記スパッタ除去ブラシ又はレーキ要素(20)を備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の造形材料塗布デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つのスパッタ除去要素(9)は、スパッタ除去吹き込み又は吸い込み要素(17)、特に吹き込み又は吸い込みノズル要素として構築されるか、或いはスパッタ除去吹き込み又は吸い込み要素(17)、特に吹き込み又は吸い込みノズル要素を備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の造形材料塗布デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つのスパッタ除去要素(9)は、スパッタ除去振動要素(23)、特に超音波振動要素として構築されるか、又はスパッタ除去振動要素(23)、特に超音波振動要素を備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の造形材料塗布デバイス。
- 支持構造(11)をさらに備え、前記支持構造(11)は、前記少なくとも1つの造形材料塗布要素(8)を支持する少なくとも1つの支持部(12)と、前記少なくとも1つのスパッタ除去要素(9)を支持する少なくとも1つの支持部(13)とを備える、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の造形材料塗布デバイス。
- 前記支持構造(11)は、特に前記造形材料塗布デバイス(5)が割り当てられた前記装置(1)の前記造形平面(E)に対して、少なくとも1運動自由度で可動に支持される、請求項8に記載の造形材料塗布デバイス。

- スパッタ除去要素(9)を支持する前記支持部(12、13)を備える前記延長部(15、16、24)はそれぞれ、前記それぞれのスパッタ除去要素(9)を介してスパッタ(10)の除去が可能である動作位置と、前記それぞれのスパッタ除去要素(9)を介してスパッタ(10)の除去が可能でない非動作位置との間を少なくとも1運動自由度で、前記基体(14)に対して且つ/又は互いに対して可動に支持される、請求項12に記載の造形材料塗布デバイス。
- 少なくとも1つのエネルギービーム(4)によって固化することができる造形材料(3)の層を連続して層ごとに選択的に照射及び固化することによって少なくとも1つの3次元の物体(2)を付加製造する付加製造装置(1)であって、請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載の少なくとも1つの造形材料塗布デバイス(5)を備える付加製造装置。
- 3次元の物体(2)を付加製造する装置(1)の造形平面(E)内の造形材料の層からのスパッタ(10)、特に造形材料(3)の層の選択的な照射から生じるスパッタ(10)を除去し、造形材料(3)の層を塗布する方法であって、スパッタ(10)の除去及び造形材料(3)の層の塗布が、請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載の造形材料塗布デバイス(5)によって同時に実行される、方法。
