Abstract
INSTALLATION ET PROCEDE DE FABRICATION ADDITIVE SUR LIT DE POUDRE DE PIECE A ETAT DE SURFACE AMELIORE. L’invention concerne une installation (1) de fabrication additive sur lit de poudre d’une pièce, en particulier de turbomachine, l’installation comprenant : un premier réservoir (2) dans lequel est stocké un volume de particules de poudre du matériau destiné à réaliser la pièce,un support de fabrication (6) sur lequel est transférée une couche de poudre du premier réservoir, etun élément de génération d’énergie (14) en direction de la couche de poudre sur le support de fabrication (6) de manière à obtenir une fusion de la couche de poudre. Selon l’invention, l’installation (1) comprend un élément d’agitation (20) des particules de poudre de la couche de poudre sur le support de fabrication de manière à compacter celle-ci avant la fusion de la couche de poudre.
