Abstract

本发明公开了一种SLM带压实功能刮板,包括刮板本体,所述刮板本体由安装段和刮料段组成,所述刮料段下侧朝向颗粒状材料的一侧棱边形成倒角状的倾斜先导面,刮板本体上还固定安装有至少一个有源振子,本发明通过在刮粉板上设置倾斜先导面,物料颗粒进入到倾斜先导面与刮扫面之间,在刮板上面安装几个有源振动子,通过外部控制震动频率,达到给不同颗粒粉末在铺粉过程中予以一定的预压实,从而大大减少烧结后的高度损失,同时又不会破坏铺粉面的平整度,有效保证了成形工件高度与理论值一致,提高了产品成型精度。

SLM带压实功能刮板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种激光真空SLM打印机,特别涉及一种SLM带压实功能刮板。
背景技术
SLM金属快速成形机的作用原理是铺一层粉末,用激光、电子束等烧结一层,基板下降一高度后,再铺一层粉,再烧结一层直至成形。在实际工作中不论刚性还是柔性,刮板铺的粉末在烧结后,成形工件高度都会低于理论值,究其原因:粉末是颗粒状的,互相之间有间隙,而熔化后间隙消失,故造成总体高度不足。如果在烧结前先将粉末进行预压实,则可大大减少烧结后的高度损失。有滚筒加压等方案,但效果不好,压力小效果不大,压力大则会粘粉,破坏铺粉平面。
发明内容
为了弥补以上不足,本发明提供了一种SLM带压实功能刮板,该SLM带压实功能刮板能够给不同颗粒粉末在铺粉过程中予以一定的预压实,从而大大减少烧结后的高度损失,又不破坏铺粉面的平整度。
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种SLM带压实功能刮板,包括刮板本体,所述刮板本体由安装段和刮料段组成,所述刮料段下侧朝向颗粒状材料的一侧棱边形成倒角状的倾斜先导面,刮板本体上还固定安装有至少一个有源振子。
作为发明的进一步改进,所述刮板本体的倾斜先导面与刮扫平面(颗粒状物料所在平面,一般为水平面)间夹角为1°~45°。
作为发明的进一步改进,所述有源振动子的振动频率为10HZ~20MHZ。
作为发明的进一步改进,所述刮板本体下侧还形成有一圆弧形柱状凸起。
作为发明的进一步改进,所述刮板本体下侧面上设有一圆弧形插槽,一弹性圆柱体固定插设于该圆弧形插槽内,圆柱体下侧表面凸出于刮板下侧表面。
作为发明的进一步改进,所述三个有源振动子均匀间隔排列于刮板刮料段背向先导面一侧。
作为发明的进一步改进,所述刮板的安装段上设有用于与刮粉驱动机构相连的安装孔。
本发明的有益技术效果是:本发明通过在刮粉板上设置倾斜先导面,物料颗粒进入到倾斜先导面与刮扫面之间,在刮板上面安装几个有源振动子,通过外部控制震动频率,达到给不同颗粒粉末在铺粉过程中予以一定的预压实,从而大大减少烧结后的高度损失,同时又不会破坏铺粉面的平整度,有效保证了成形工件高度与理论值一致,提高了产品成型精度。

具体实施方式
实施例:一种SLM带压实功能刮板,包括刮板本体1,所述刮板本体1由安装段和刮料段组成,所述刮料段下侧朝向颗粒状材料的一侧棱边形成倒角状的倾斜先导面2,刮板本体1上还固定安装有至少一个有源振子3。
工作时,将刮板本体1的安装段固定安装在刮粉驱动装置上,由刮粉驱动装置带动其往复运动实现刮粉,物料颗粒首先接触刮板的倾斜先导面2,物料在倾斜先导面2和扫粉面之间的三角形空隙内产生向下的分力,同时受到有源振子3振动作用使颗粒间间隙减小,物料颗粒被预压实,从而大大减少烧结后的高度损失,同时又不会破坏铺粉面的平整度,有效保证了成形工件高度与理论值一致,提高了产品成型精度。
所述刮板本体1的倾斜先导面2与刮扫平面(颗粒状物料所在平面,一般为水平面)间夹角为1°~45°,该角度范围能够实现物料颗粒有效压实。
所述有源振动子的振动频率为10HZ~20MHZ。
所述刮板本体1下侧还形成有一圆弧形柱状凸起,圆弧形柱状凸起与扫粉面摩擦力小,避免刮伤扫粉面,且圆弧形面与扫粉面之间间隙也对物料颗粒起到一定的压实作用。
所述刮板本体1下侧面上设有一圆弧形插槽,一弹性圆柱体4固定插设于该圆弧形插槽内,圆柱体下侧表面凸出于刮板下侧表面,该种分体结构方便加工制造,制造成本低。
所述三个有源振动子均匀间隔排列于刮板刮料段背向先导面一侧。
所述刮板的安装段上设有用于与刮粉驱动机构相连的安装孔5。

1.一种SLM带压实功能刮板,其特征在于:包括刮板本体(1),所述刮板本体由安装段和刮料段组成,所述刮料段下侧朝向颗粒状材料的一侧棱边形成倒角状的倾斜先导面(2),刮板本体上还固定安装有至少一个有源振子(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的SLM带压实功能刮板,其特征是:所述刮板本体的倾斜先导面与刮扫平面间夹角为1°~45°。
3.如权利要求1所述的SLM带压实功能刮板,其特征是:所述有源振动子的振动频率为10HZ~20MHZ。
4.如权利要求1所述的SLM带压实功能刮板,其特征是:所述刮板本体下侧还形成有一圆弧形柱状凸起。
5.如权利要求4所述的SLM带压实功能刮板,其特征是:所述刮板本体下侧面上设有一圆弧形插槽,一弹性圆柱体(4)固定插设于该圆弧形插槽内,圆柱体下侧表面凸出于刮板下侧表面。
6.如权利要求1所述的SLM带压实功能刮板,其特征是:所述三个有源振动子均匀间隔排列于刮板刮料段背向先导面一侧。
7.如权利要求1所述的SLM带压实功能刮板,其特征是:所述刮板的安装段上设有用于与刮粉驱动机构相连的安装孔(5)。
