第1部材は電気モータの出力シャフトに接続され、第2部材は鉄道車両の車軸の入力シャフトに接続され、結合装置は、第1部材及び第2部材間でトルクの伝達が可能な係合状態に、又は第1部材及び第2部材間でトルクの伝達が不可能な係合解除状態にあることができ、
制御手段は、電気モータの電源回路及び/又は電気モータ自体に影響する故障が検出された場合、機械的結合装置に係合解除信号を適用して機械的結合装置を係合状態から係合解除状態へと切り替える保護システムに関する。
・結合装置は、第1部材及び第2部材を互いに結合させる少なくとも一つの要素と、係合解除信号が制御手段によって適用されると結合要素を破壊することができる点火モジュールとを含む。
・第1部材及び第2部材は、互いに向かい合う第1フランジ及び第2フランジであり、機械的結合装置は、第1フランジ及び第2フランジを互いに結合させる爆発ボルトである。
・制御手段は、結合装置に固定された閉制御モジュールに無線リンクを介して接続された遠隔制御モジュールを含み、閉制御モジュールは、遠隔制御モジュールが発信した作動信号を受信すると、結合装置に適用される係合解除信号を生成する。
・制御手段は、故障が検出されると、遠隔制御モジュールに警告信号を送信して遠隔制御モジュールに作動信号を送らせる検出手段を含む。
・検出手段は、トラクションシステムの測定入力値及び動的モデルから推定出力値を計算して当該推定出力値をトラクションシステムの測定出力値と対比することができ、検出モジュールは、推定出力値及び測定出力値間に有意な偏差が存在する場合に警告信号を発信することができる。
・結合装置は、係合状態から係合解除状態へと不可逆的に切り替わることができる。
・機械的結合装置は、係合解除信号を受信すると係合状態から係合解除状態へと切り替わり、それとは逆に係合信号を受信すると係合解除状態から係合状態へと切り替わる。

- 電気モータ(8)、及び前記電気モータ(8)の電源回路(10)を含む鉄道車両のトラクションシステム(2)の保護システム(24)であって、
トランスミッションライン(6)の第1部材(30)及び第2部材(32)間の機械的結合装置(26)と、
制御手段(28)と
を含み、
前記第1部材(30)は前記電気モータ(8)の出力シャフト(14)に接続され、
前記第2部材(32)は前記鉄道車両の車軸(4)の入力シャフト(16)に接続され、
前記機械的結合装置(26)は、前記第1部材及び第2部材(30、32)間でトルクの伝達が可能な係合状態に、又は前記第1部材及び第2部材(30、32)間でトルクの伝達が不可能な係合解除状態にあることができ、
前記制御手段(28)は、前記電気モータの電源回路(10)及び/又は前記電気モータ自体(8)に影響する故障が検出された場合、前記機械的結合装置(26)に係合解除信号を適用して前記機械的結合装置(26)を前記係合状態から前記係合解除状態へと切り替え、
前記機械的結合装置(26)は、
前記第1部材及び第2部材(30、32)を互いに結合させる少なくとも一つの結合要素(40)と、
係合解除信号が前記制御手段(28)によって適用されると前記結合要素(40)を破壊することができる点火モジュール(42)と

前記制御手段(28)は、前記機械的結合装置(26)に固定された閉制御モジュール(48)に無線リンクを介して接続された遠隔制御モジュール(46)を含み、
前記閉制御モジュール(48)は、前記遠隔制御モジュール(46)が発信した作動信号を受信すると、前記機械的結合装置(26)に適用される前記係合解除信号を生成する、保護システム(24)。 - 前記第1部材及び第2部材(30、32)は、互いに向かい合う第1フランジ及び第2フランジ(34、36)であり、
