Description
一次元目分析部から流出した溶離液をフラクションループに一旦保持し、その後でフラクションループに保持された溶離液中の試料成分をトラップカラムに捕捉する方式の液体クロマトグラフの一実施例について、図1から図7を用いて説明する。
次に、1次元目分析部2から流出した試料成分を含む溶離液を直接的にトラップカラムへ導く方式の液体クロマトグラフの一実施例について、図8から図12を用いて説明する。なお、この実施例において、図1から図7を用いて説明した上述の実施例の構成と同様の機能を有する箇所には同じ参照符号を付し、その機能についての詳細な説明は省略する。

Claims (2)
- 複数種類の溶媒の混合液をその組成を変化させながら移動相として送液する移動相送液部、及び前記移動相が流れる流路中に注入された試料を成分ごとに分離する分析カラムを有する1次元目分析部と、
前記1次元目分析部から流出した溶離液の組成に基づき、その溶離液を希釈するための希釈液の組成及び流量を決定する希釈液決定部と、
前記1次元目分析部から流出した溶離液中の試料成分を捕捉するトラップカラムと、
前記1次元目分析部から流出した溶離液を希釈しながら前記トラップカラムへ搬送するように、前記希釈液決定部により決定された組成の希釈液を前記希釈液決定部により決定された流量で送液する希釈液送液部と、を備え、
前記1次元目分析部は、分離された成分を検出する検出器を含み、
前記希釈液決定部は、前記1次元目分析部の前記移動相送液部のグラジエントプログラム、及び前記検出器の検出信号のピークの保持時間に基づいて前記希釈対象の溶離液の組成を特定し、特定した溶離液の組成に応じて希釈液の組成及び流量を決定するように構成されている、液体クロマトグラフ。 - 前記1次元目分析部から流出した溶離液の組成とそれに対応する希釈液の組成及び流量との予め設定された対応関係を希釈液データとして保持する希釈液データ保持部をさらに備え、
前記希釈液決定部は、前記1次元目分析部から流出した溶離液の組成に対応する希釈液の組成及び流量を前記希釈液データに基づいて決定する請求項1に記載の液体クロマトグラフ。
