Description
(サンプル)
摩擦材として、25mm×25mmのテストピースを使用した。
ロータとして、材質FC200のロータを使用した。
テストピースをロータに低面圧(0.05MPa)で押圧した状態で、V=100km/hで24時間空転させた際のロータの摩耗量(μm)を計測した。低面圧攻撃性試験前後のロータの厚みの差を摩耗量(μm)とした。
摩耗量は、下記の基準にて3段階で評価した。
〇:10μm未満
△:10μm以上、20μm未満
×:20μm以上
(サンプル)
乗用車向けブレーキアセンブリ(キャリパ、パッド(摩擦材)、ロータ)を使用した。
ブレーキ評価用ダイナモメータにて、下記の試験を実施した際の全円周(円周方向12点)に沿った各摩擦面でのロータの厚みの差(DTV)を計測した。
1.制動:速度100km/h、液圧6MPaで、1回制動させた。
2.空転:速度100km/hで、30分間空転させた。
上記1及び2を1サイクルとして、合計30サイクル実施し、DTV成長試験終了時のロータの肉厚差をDTV(μm)とした。
DTVは、下記の基準にて3段階で評価した。
〇:5μm未満
△:5μm以上、10μm未満
×:10μm以上
(サンプル)
乗用車向けブレーキアセンブリ(キャリパ、パッド(摩擦材)、ロータ)を使用した。
ブレーキ評価用ダイナモメータにて、下記の試験を実施した際の摩擦材及びロータのメタルピックアップ状態を確認した。
1.昇温制動:速度60km/h、液圧2MPa、温度200℃に昇温した。
2.MPU制動:速度80km/h、液圧1.5MPa、温度200〜250℃で、30回の制動を行った。
3.冷却:速度30km/h、温度40℃に冷却した。
上記1〜3を1サイクルとして、合計30サイクル実施した。メタルキャップ試験終了時の摩擦材及びロータを観察し、摩擦材におけるメタルピックアップの発生、及び、ロータにおけるキズの発生を確認した。
メタルピックアップ評点は、下記の基準にて3段階で評価した。
〇:発生なし
△:摩擦材表面にメタルピックアップ発生
×:ロータ表面にキズ発生
乗用車向けブレーキアセンブリ(キャリパ、パッド(摩擦材)、ロータ)を使用した。
JASO C406に準拠して、効力及びパッド摩耗量を評価した。
一般効力試験において、80℃での第2効力試験の速度V=50km/h(50kph)又は速度V=100km/h(100kph)、減速度G=6.0m/s2における平均摩擦係数(μ)を計測した。効力は、下記の基準にて3段階で評価した。
〇:平均摩擦係数0.35μ以上、0.45μ以下
△:平均摩擦係数0.30μ以上、0.35未満、又は、
0.45μを超え、0.50μ以下
×:平均摩擦係数0.30μ未満、又は、0.50μを超える
一般効力試験において、80℃での第2効力試験の各速度のそれぞれの減速度G=3.0m/s2における平均摩擦係数(μ)及び減速度9.0m/s2における平均摩擦係数(μ)と、G=6.0m/s2における平均摩擦係数(μ)との差分の絶対値とG=6.0m/s2における平均摩擦係数(μ)の割合(%)を効力差として算出した。効力の安定性は、下記の基準にて3段階で評価した。
〇:効力差が15%以内
△:効力差が15%を超える、25%以内
×:効力差が25%を超える
一般効力試験前後のパッド(摩擦材)の厚みを測定し、厚みの差をパッド摩耗量(mm)とした。耐摩耗性は、下記の基準にて3段階で評価した。
〇:1.5mm未満
△:1.5mm以上、2.5mm未満
×:2.5mm以上
Claims (5)
- 繊維基材、結合材、有機充填材、及び、無機充填材を含有する摩擦材であって、
前記摩擦材は、元素として銅の含有量が摩擦材全体に対して0.5重量%以下であり、
前記無機充填材として、モース硬度が6.5以上の無機物、及び、劈開性無機物を含有し、モース硬度が6.5以上の前記無機物の含有量が摩擦材全体に対して1.0重量%未満であり、前記劈開性無機物の含有量が摩擦材全体に対して12.0重量%以上24.0重量%以下である、摩擦材。 - 金属を含まないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の摩擦材。
- モース硬度が6.5以上の前記無機物の平均粒子径は、25μm以下である請求項1又は2に記載の摩擦材。
- 前記無機充填材として、酸化鉄を含有する請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の摩擦材。
- 前記酸化鉄の含有量が、摩擦材全体に対して5.0重量%以上15.0重量%以下である請求項4に記載の摩擦材。
