Claims (6)
- 蒸気状または霧状の水を発生する水発生部と、
該水発生部で発生した前記蒸気状または霧状の水の通路となる空間を内側に有する管状ヒータと、
該管状ヒータの外壁を覆い、該外壁との間に外気の通路となる空間を有する筒体と、を備え、
前記管状ヒータは、管状セラミック体と、該管状セラミック体の内部に設けられた線状のパターンからなる発熱抵抗体とを含み、前記水発生部に近い第1端部側よりも前記水発生部から遠い第2端部側で温度が高くなるように前記発熱抵抗体の線幅が前記第1端部側よりも前記第2端部側で細くなっており、前記蒸気状または霧状の水の通路となる空間および前記外気の通路となる空間を加熱するようになっている過熱水蒸気発生装置。 - 前記管状ヒータの前記外壁と前記筒体の内壁との間の空間に、当該空間を螺旋状に仕切る、前記管状ヒータを中心とする螺旋状の仕切部材を備えている請求項1に記載の過熱水蒸気発生装置。
- 前記筒体の内壁に当該筒体の長さ方向に向かって螺旋状の溝を有している請求項1に記載の過熱水蒸気発生装置。
- 前記管状ヒータの外壁に溝を有している請求項1乃至請求項3のうちのいずれかに記載の過熱水蒸気発生装置。
- 前記管状ヒータの外壁と前記筒体の内壁との間の空間に前記外気を送りこむためのファンを備えている請求項1乃至請求項4のうちのいずれかに記載の過熱水蒸気発生装置。
- 前記管状ヒータの内側の空間への前記蒸気状または霧状の水の流れを促進するためのファンが設けられている請求項1乃至請求項5のうちのいずれかに記載の過熱水蒸気発生装置。
