基材(102)上に直接設けられたボンドコート(104)及び前記ボンドコート(104)上に設けられたオーバーコート(105)であって、前記ボンドコート(104)及び前記オーバーコート(105)がケイ素及び添加剤を含み、前記添加剤が酸化アルミニウムを含み、酸化アルミニウムが、前記ボンドコート(104)及び前記オーバーコート(105)において、200nm未満の最長寸法中央値をもつナノ粒子の形態で存在する、ボンドコート(104)及びオーバーコート(105)と
