Description
本発明に係る消防ホース用帯電防止組成物は、第一のポリエーテル系ポリウレタンと、カーボンブラックと、帯電防止剤とを少なくとも含む。
次いで、本発明に係る消防ホースの一実施の形態について、図を参照して説明する。図1及び図2に示すように、消防ホース1は、ジャケット2と、本実施の形態に係る消防ホース用帯電防止組成物を含有する被覆層3、3とから少なくともなる。
試験例1では、経糸として1100dtexのポリエステル嵩高フィラメント糸の2本撚り糸を用い、緯糸としてポリエステルフィラメント糸(1100dtex)の2本撚り糸を用いて、織り組織が2/1綾織りで、打ち込み本数を経糸210本/10cm、緯糸50本/10cmとして、呼び径d=65mmの筒状のジャケットを作製した。このジャケットの外面側に本実施の形態に係る消防ホース用帯電防止組成物を押出成形することにより、ジャケットの両面に被膜層を形成し、消防ホースとした。試験例1の被覆層の厚みは、消防ホースの円周方向に沿って90°毎に4ヶ所測定し、平均で0.5mmの値とした。
試験例1及び試験例2について、それぞれ、試験片を切り出し、JIS K6911に準拠した絶縁体の抵抗測定装置を用いて、表面抵抗率と体積抵抗率を測定した。結果を下記表1に示す。

Claims (5)
- 基材をなす第一のポリエーテル系ポリウレタンと、
前記第一のポリエーテル系ポリウレタン内に分散されたカーボンブラックと、
前記第一のポリエーテル系ポリウレタン内に分散された、円柱状又は球状ペレットとしての帯電防止剤と
を少なくとも混合してなる消防ホース用帯電防止組成物。 - 前記帯電防止剤が、カチオン系界面活性剤と第二のポリエーテル系ポリウレタンとからなる請求項1に記載のホース用材料。
- 前記帯電防止剤が、前記組成物に対して1重量%未満の量で前記第一のポリエーテル系ポリウレタン内に分散されている請求項1又は2に記載の消防ホース用帯電防止組成物。
- 前記カーボンブラックが、前記組成物に対して0.1重量%以上0.3重量%以下の量で前記第一のポリエーテル系ポリウレタン内に分散されている請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の消防ホース用帯電防止組成物。
- 前記ポリエステルフィラメント糸から製織されたジャケットと、
前記ジャケットの両面の被覆層と
を含み、
前記被覆層が、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の消防ホース用帯電防止組成物からなり、前記被覆層の厚みが3mm以下である消防ホース。
