図3は本発明の一実施形態によるバッテリパックの通信システムの構成を概略的に示す図面である。
Claims (9)
- バッテリパックからの通信信号を外部装置に伝送する送信部と、前記外部装置からの通信信号を受信する受信部と、を含むバッテリパックの通信システムにおいて、
前記送信部は、
前記バッテリパックのBMS(battery management system)で出力される第1通信信号に対応してスイッチング動作する第1トランジスタと、
前記第1トランジスタのスイッチング動作に対応してスイッチング動作する第2トランジスタと、
前記第1トランジスタ及び前記第2トランジスタのスイッチング動作に対応し、前記第1通信信号を前記外部装置に伝達する第1ダイオードと、を含み、
前記受信部は、
前記外部装置から受信される第2通信信号に対応してスイッチング動作する第3トランジスタと、
前記第3トランジスタのスイッチング動作に対応してスイッチング動作する第4トランジスタと、
前記第3トランジスタ及び前記第4トランジスタのスイッチング動作に対応し、前記第2通信信号を前記BMSに伝達する第2ダイオードと、を含むバッテリパックの通信システム。 - 前記第1トランジスタ及び前記第3トランジスタは、P型トランジスタであり、前記第2トランジスタ及び前記第4トランジスタは、N型トランジスタであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパックの通信システム。
- 前記第1トランジスタのエミッタは、前記第1ダイオードのアノードと連結され、前記第1ダイオードのカソードは、前記第2トランジスタのコレクタと連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパックの通信システム。
- 前記第1トランジスタのコレクタは、前記第2トランジスタのベースと連結され、
前記第1トランジスタは、ハイレベルの前記第1通信信号によってターンオフされ、前記第2トランジスタは、前記第1トランジスタがターンオフされれば、それに対応してターンオフされ、
前記第1ダイオードは、ハイレベルの前記第1通信信号を前記外部装置に伝達することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパックの通信システム。 - 前記BMSで出力されるローレベルの前記第1通信信号は、前記第1トランジスタ及び前記第2トランジスタを介して、前記外部装置に伝送されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパックの通信システム。
- 前記バッテリパックの接地と、前記外部装置の接地は、電気的に互いに分離されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパックの通信システム。
- 前記第3トランジスタのコレクタは、前記第4トランジスタのベースと連結され、
前記第3トランジスタは、ハイレベルの前記第2通信信号によってターンオフされ、前記第4トランジスタは、前記第3トランジスタがターンオフされれば、それに対応してターンオフされ、
前記第2ダイオードは、ハイレベルの前記第2通信信号を前記BMSに伝達することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパックの通信システム。 - 前記外部装置で出力されるローレベルの前記第2通信信号は、前記第3トランジスタ及び前記第4トランジスタを介して、前記BMSに伝送されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパックの通信システム。
- 請求項1ないし8のうちいずれか1項に記載のバッテリパックの通信システムと、
充放電可能な複数のバッテリセルと、
前記複数のバッテリセルの(−)端子に連結される充放電制御スイッチと、
前記複数のバッテリセルの状態をモニタリングし、前記充放電制御スイッチのスイッチング動作を制御し、前記通信システムに通信信号を出力するバッテリ管理システムと、を含むバッテリパック。
