Abstract
Description
分散して含有される球状の軟磁性金属粉と、
分散して含有される難燃剤と、
前記軟磁性金属粉及び前記難燃剤を結着する結合剤とを含み、
シート状に成形加工されており、
前記軟磁性金属粉の体積占有率は、45vol%以上、68vol%以下である。
上記の複合磁性体を含む。
球状の軟磁性金属粉と難燃剤と結合剤とを混錬することによって混錬物を作製することと、
前記混錬物をシート状に成形することによって成形体を作製することと、
前記成形体を加熱及び加圧することによって、前記軟磁性金属粉の体積占有率が45vol%以上、68vol%以下であり、シート状に成形加工された複合磁性体を作製することを含む。
本発明の一実施の形態に係る複合磁性体100は、典型的には、斜視図である図1(a)に示すように、電気電子機器Pに搭載される素子Qに固定され、素子Qから放射さられる電磁ノイズを抑制するための部材である。素子Qは、図1(a)に示すように、例えば基板Rに設けられて、電気電子機器Pに搭載される。図1(a)に示していないが、基板Rには、通常、素子Q以外の素子、回路、配線などが設けられる。
本実施の形態に係る複合磁性体の製造方法は、複合磁性体100を製造するための方法であって、図2に示す工程を含む。複合磁性体の製造方法は、軟磁性金属粉101、難燃剤102、結合剤103を準備した後に開始される。
実施例1に係る複合磁性体100を構成する軟磁性金属粉101、難燃剤102、結合剤103のそれぞれの含有率は、体積占有率で、52vol%、15vol%、33vol%である。
実施例2に係る複合磁性体100は、軟磁性金属粉101の平均粒径を除いて、実施例1に係る複合磁性体100と同様に構成される。本実施例に係る軟磁性金属粉101の平均粒径は、10μmである。
図3は、実施例1及び2に係る複合磁性体100の各々について、実験により得られた周波数特性の結果を示す図である。図3A,3B及び3Cのそれぞれは、実施例1及び2に係る複合磁性体100の透磁率μの周波数特性、誘電率εの周波数特性、ノイズ抑制度の周波数特性を示す。
実施例3〜7に係る複合磁性体100に含まれる結合剤103、難燃剤102のそれぞれの含有率は、体積占有率で、33vol%、10vol%であり、残部は、軟磁性金属粉101である。
実施例8〜12に係る複合磁性体100は、これに含まれる難燃剤102の体積占有率が15%であることを除いて、実施例3〜7に係る複合磁性体100のそれぞれと同じである。
実施例13〜17に係る複合磁性体100は、これに含まれる難燃剤102の体積占有率が20%であることを除いて、実施例3〜7に係る軟磁性金属粉101のそれぞれと同じである。
燃焼性に関する規格であるUL94規格(Tests for Flammability of Plastic Materials for Parts in Devices and Appliances.)に従って、実施例3〜17に係る複合磁性体100の各々が等級V0に相当する難燃性を有するか否かを試験した。
(ii)5個の試料に対する10回の接炎に対する総燃焼時間が50秒を超えない場合
(iii)固定用クランプの位置まで燃焼する試料がない場合
(iv)試料の下方に置かれた脱脂綿を発火させる 燃焼する粒子を落下させる試料がない場合
(v)2回目の接炎の後に、30秒以上赤熱を続ける試料がない場合

Claims (9)
- 分散して含有される球状の軟磁性金属粉と、
分散して含有される難燃剤と、
前記軟磁性金属粉及び前記難燃剤を結着する結合剤とを含み、
シート状に成形加工されており、
前記軟磁性金属粉の体積占有率は、55vol%以上、68vol%以下であり、
前記難燃剤の体積占有率は、15vol%以上、20vol%以下であり、
厚さが70μm以上、1mm以下である
ことを特徴とする複合磁性体。 - 可撓性を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合磁性体。 - 前記難燃剤は、窒素系化合物である
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の複合磁性体。 - 前記結合剤は、アクリルゴムである
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の複合磁性体。 - 前記軟磁性金属粉の平均粒径は、10μm未満である
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の複合磁性体。 - 前記軟磁性金属粉の平均粒径は、4μm以上、8μm以下である
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の複合磁性体。 - 前記難燃剤の平均粒径は、2μm未満である
ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の複合磁性体。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の複合磁性体を含む
ことを特徴とする電気電子機器。 - 球状の軟磁性金属粉と難燃剤と結合剤とを混錬することによって混錬物を作製することと、
前記混錬物をシート状に成形することによって成形体を作製することと、
前記成形体を加熱及び加圧することによって、前記軟磁性金属粉の体積占有率が55vol%以上、68vol%以下であり、前記難燃剤の体積占有率が15vol%以上、20vol%以下であり、かつ、厚さが70μm以上、1mm以下であるシート状に成形加工された複合磁性体を作製することを含む、
ことを特徴とする複合磁性体の製造方法。
