Description
実機プラントから抜管した長さ9.47m、降水管φ(外径)27.2mm、肉厚t2.0mm、圧力管φ(外径)54.0mm、肉厚t4.8mmの二重管式蒸発管に、化学洗浄液(塩酸10%、還元剤0.3%、腐食抑制剤0.3%)を12時間循環通液して二重管内に付着したスケールを溶解除去し、その後、図1のようにして、二重管式蒸発管底部に堆積したスラッジ(未溶解スケール)を吸引して排出した。

Claims (2)
- 圧力管及び該圧力管内に設置された降水管を有し、上下方向に配置された有底二重管式蒸発管を化学洗浄する工程と、
化学洗浄後、該二重管式蒸発管の管底に吸引ホースを差し込み、堆積物を吸引排出する工程と
を有し、
前記降水管の上端に円筒パイプを装着し、該円筒パイプを介して化学洗浄液を二重管式蒸発管内に供給する二重管式蒸発管の洗浄方法であって、
前記円筒パイプ(10)を円筒状ゴム(9)を介して降水管上端部に固定すること、及び
該円筒状ゴム(9)がゴム押えリング(12)とワッシャ(13)との間に配置され、円筒パイプ(10)にナット(11)を締め込むことにより円筒状ゴム(9)を拡径させて円筒パイプ(10)を降水管上端部に固定することを特徴とする二重管式蒸発管の洗浄方法。 - 請求項1において、エジェクタによって堆積物を吸引排出することを特徴とする二重管式蒸発管の洗浄方法。
