Claims (4)
- 平坦な円筒状の第1平坦部と、
平坦な円筒状で前記第1平坦部に対向する側に設けられた第2平坦部と、
前記第1平坦部と前記第2平坦部との間に設けられ、それぞれがピンセット状からなる複数の波形状部と、を備え、
前記複数の波形状部は、それぞれが互いに順次連結され、
それぞれの波形状部は、第1面と前記第1面に連続して設けられた第2面とが平行する部分と、前記第1面と前記第2面との連結部分が突出した円状の突出部と、前記第1面から延在して外側に向けて凸状の第3面及び前記第2面から延在して外側に向けて凸状の第4面を含む凸部と、前記第3面から延在して内側に向けて凹状の第5面及び前記第4面から延在して内側に向けて凹状の第6面を含む凹部と、からなり、
前記波形状部は、前記凹部の部分で互いに連結され、
前記第3面と前記第4面との間の間隔は、前記第5面と前記第6面との間の間隔よりも大きく形成され、
前記第1面と前記第2面とが平行する部分の前記第1面と前記第2面との間の間隔は、前記第5面と前記第6面との間の間隔よりも小さく近接して形成され、
前記突出部の円状部分のうち、前記第1面から延在して外側に最も膨らんだ部分と、前記第2面から延在して外側に最も膨らんだ部分との間の間隔は、前記第1面と前記第2面との間の間隔よりも大きく、且つ前記第5面と前記第6面との間の間隔よりも小さく形成されたことを特徴とするベローズ。 - 前記複数の波形状部は、ハイドロフォーミング方式でそれぞれが順次形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベローズ。
- (a)ヘッドの外周に沿ってベローズ形成用の母材を挿入するステップと、
(b)前記母材に対して第1平坦面を維持した後、前記母材を支持デバイス及び可動デバイスで支持するステップと、
(c)前記支持デバイスと前記可動デバイスとの間に供給された母材部分に向けて圧力を与えるステップと、
(d)前記母材が所定の大きさにフォーミングされた後、前記可動デバイスが前記支持デバイスに向けて移動して波形状部を形成するステップと、を有し、
前記波形状部は、ハイドロフォーミング方式でそれぞれが順次形成され、
前記波形状部は、第1面と前記第1面に連続して設けられた第2面とが平行する部分と、前記第1面と前記第2面との連結部分が突出した円状の突出部と、前記第1面から延在して外側に向けて凸状の第3面及び前記第2面から延在して外側に向けて凸状の第4面を含む凸部と、前記第3面から延在して内側に向けて凹状の第5面及び前記第4面から延在して内側に向けて凹状の第6面を含む凹部と、からなり、
前記第3面と前記第4面との間の間隔は、前記第5面と前記第6面との間の間隔よりも大きく形成され、
前記第1面と前記第2面とが平行する部分の前記第1面と前記第2面との間の間隔は、前記第5面と前記第6面との間の間隔よりも小さく近接して形成され、
前記突出部の円状部分のうち、前記第1面から延在して外側に最も膨らんだ部分と、前記第2面から延在して外側に最も膨らんだ部分との間の間隔は、前記第1面と前記第2面との間の間隔よりも大きく、且つ前記第5面と前記第6面との間の間隔よりも小さく形成されることを特徴とするベローズの製造方法。 - 前記支持デバイスの内周側は、前記波形状部の突出部の第1面、前記凸部の第3面、及び前記凹部の第5面に対応する形状に形成され、前記可動デバイスの内周側は、前記波形状部の突出部の第2面、前記凸部の第4面、及び前記凹部の第6面に対応する形状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のベローズの製造方法。
