Description
Claims (12)
- 冷凍圧縮機(1)のガス排出管(13)を断熱するのに適した、ガス排出管の断熱装置にして、ガス排出管(13)が、周囲の閉じた断面を有する断熱用管(14)の内側に配置されて、前記管同士の間に少なくとも1つの閉じ込め空間を形成する、断熱装置であって、
断熱用管(14)が、互いに接合された少なくとも2つのカバー(15、17)によって構成され、周囲の閉じた断面が、少なくとも2つのカバーの断面を互いに接合することによって形成されることと、
断熱管(14)がガス排出管(13)のまわりに配置された多数のスペーサ(16)を備えて、排出管(13)と断熱用管(14)の間に制御された間隔を設けることと、
カバー(15、17)が、環状スペーサ(16)を圧入することによって排出管(13)に接合されることとを特徴とする、断熱装置。 - 断熱用管(14)が複数のカバーによって構成され、周囲の閉じた断面が、複数のカバーの断面を互いに接合することによって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の断熱装置。
- 断熱用管(14)の周囲の閉じた断面が円形壁であり、カバー(15、17)の断面の湾曲が総計360°となることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の断熱装置。
- スペーサ(16)が好ましくは環状であり、ガス排出管(13)に小さな隙間をもって接合されて、連続した閉じ込め空間を画定することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の断熱装置。
- スペーサ(16)がガス排出管(13)に締まり嵌めをもって接合されて、互いに離隔された閉じ込め空間のいくつかの密閉チャンバを画定することを特徴とする、請求項1または4に記載の断熱装置。
- 断熱用管(14)とそのスペーサ(16)それぞれとが、ポリマー材料で製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の断熱装置。
- 断熱用管(14)とそのスペーサ(16)それぞれとが金属で製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の断熱装置。
- 断熱用管(14)とそのスペーサ(16)それぞれとがゴムで製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の断熱装置。
- 断熱用管(14)が、ガス排出管(13)の延びに沿って互いに接合された、いくつかの管部分(20から26)から成ることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の断熱装置。
- カバー(15、17)がプラスチックで製造され、好ましくは密閉式に、接着または超音波接合によって互いに接合されることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の断熱装置。
- カバー(15、17)が金属で製造され、好ましくは密閉式に、溶接またはロウ付けによって互いに接合されることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の断熱装置。
- 冷凍圧縮機(1)のガス排出管(13)を断熱するのに適した、ガス排出管に断熱装置を組み付けるプロセスにして、ガス排出管(13)が、周囲の閉じた断面を有する断熱用管(14)の内側に配置されて、前記管同士の間に少なくとも1つの閉じ込め空間を形成する、プロセスであって、
ガス排出管(13)を、少なくとも2つのカバー(15、17)およびスペーサ(16)によって断熱用管(14)の内側に配置するステップと、
少なくとも2つのカバー(15、17)を、外側ブラケット(27)によって排出管(13)に接合するステップとを含み、
カバー(15、17)が、環状スペーサ(16)を圧入することによって排出管(13)に接合されることを特徴とする、プロセス。
