Claims (12)
- 安全性システムであって、
携帯可能な工作機械と、
靴着用者を機械的および/または電気的な負荷からパッシブに防護するパッシブな防護ユニット(12)と、センサユニット(16)と、電子データの交換のための通信ユニット(30)と、を有する安全靴(10)と、
を含み、
前記センサユニット(16)は、
前記靴着用者が安全に立っていることを認識するための加速度特性量を検出する加速度センサ素子(74)を含み、
前記安全靴(10)は、
前記検出された加速度特性量を利用した、前記靴着用者の筋肉組織の緊張、前記靴着用者の自由落下の有無、および/または、前記靴着用者のスリップの評価に基づいて、前記靴着用者が安全に立っていることを認識する評価ユニット(26)を有し、
前記通信ユニット(30)を介して転送される、前記評価ユニット(26)における前記靴着用者が安全に立っていることの認識結果に応じて、前記携帯可能な工作機械の安全性機能が制御および/または調整される
ことを特徴とする安全性システム。 - 前記センサユニット(16)は、
温度特性量を検出する温度センサ素子(18,20,22)を含んでいる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の安全性システム。 - 前記センサユニット(16)は、
圧力特性量を検出する圧力センサ素子(24)を含んでいる
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の安全性システム。 - 前記評価ユニット(26)は、
靴底負荷分布を認識するために前記検出された圧力特性量を評価する
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の安全性システム。 - 前記センサユニット(16)は、
位置特性量を検出する測位センサ素子(28)を有している
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の安全性システム。 - 前記安全靴(10)は、
個人関連の特性量および/または環境特性量に依存してパラメータを適合化する制御ユニットおよび/または調節ユニット(34)を有している
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の安全性システム。 - 前記制御ユニットおよび/または調節ユニット(34)は、
前記パラメータの適合化および/または安全性情報の出力のために、安全性規則および/または動作範囲規則が格納された中央のデータバンクへ前記通信ユニット(30)によってアクセスする
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の安全性システム。 - 前記センサユニット(16)は、
少なくとも部分的に、前記パッシブな防護ユニット(12)のパッシブな防護部材(36,38)の内部または表面に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の安全性システム。 - 前記安全靴(10)は、
エネルギー供給ユニット(40)および/またはエネルギー蓄積ユニット(42)を有している
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の安全性システム。 - 前記安全靴(10)は、
前記靴着用者に、触覚式、音響式、および/または、光学式に情報を出力する出力ユニット(44)を有している
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の安全性システム。 - 前記安全靴(10)は、
情報を地面へ投影する投影ユニット(48)を有している
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の安全性システム。 - 前記安全靴(10)は、
作業領域を照明する照明ユニット(46)を有している
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の安全性システム。
