Claims (19)
- 高濃度過酢酸消毒液を製造する装置であって、
a)TAEDの固体混合物用のバルクディスペンサー、過炭酸ナトリウムの固体混合物用のバルクディスペンサーおよび固体クエン酸一水和物用のバルクディスペンサーを含む、固体分配システム、
b)加熱水供給システム、
c)固体TAEDおよび固体過炭酸ナトリウムを加熱水と混合して、第1の過酢酸溶液を得るための第1の反応チャンバー、
d)前記加熱水を前記加熱水供給システムから前記第1の反応チャンバーに供給するための第1のコンジット、
e)前記第1の過酢酸溶液と固体クエン酸一水和物とを混合して、pH調整過酢酸溶液を得るための第2の反応チャンバー、
f)前記第1の過酢酸溶液を前記第1の反応チャンバーから前記第2の反応チャンバーに供給するための第2のコンジット、
g)前記pH調整過酢酸溶液を水で希釈して、前記高濃度過酢酸消毒液を得るための貯蔵タンク、
h)前記pH調整過酢酸溶液を前記第2の反応チャンバーから前記貯蔵タンクに供給するための第3のコンジット、ならびに
i)水を前記貯蔵タンクに供給するための第4のコンジット、
を含む、装置。 - 前記加熱水供給システムが、前記加熱水を前記第1の反応チャンバーに供給するためのポンプを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記加熱水供給システムが、水を前記第1の反応チャンバーに40℃の温度で供給する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の反応チャンバーが、回転混合ブレードを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の反応チャンバーが、前記加熱水、前記固体TAEDおよび前記固体過炭酸ナトリウムを1分間混合する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の過酢酸溶液を前記第2の反応チャンバーに供給するための前記第2のコンジットが、溶解されてない固体の移動を防止するための第1のフィルターを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記pH調整過酢酸溶液を前記貯蔵タンクに供給するための前記第3のコンジットが、溶解されてない固体の移動を防止するための第2のフィルターを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記pH調整過酢酸溶液を希釈するための水が、前記貯蔵タンクに18〜40℃の範囲の温度で供給される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記高濃度過酢酸消毒液が、25℃超の温度であり、5〜7の範囲のpH、1200〜2200ppmの過酢酸濃度および300ppm未満の過酸化水素濃度を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 高濃度過酢酸消毒液を製造する方法であって、
a)固体TAEDを第1のバルク容器から第1の反応チャンバーに分配する工程と、
b)固体過炭酸ナトリウムを第2のバルク容器から前記第1の反応チャンバーに分配する工程と、
c)加熱水を前記第1の反応チャンバーに添加する工程と、
d)前記加熱水、前記固体TAEDおよび前記固体過炭酸ナトリウムを混合して、過酢酸溶液を形成する工程と、
e)固体クエン酸一水和物を第3のバルク容器から第2の反応チャンバーに分配する工程と、
f)前記過酢酸溶液を前記第2の反応チャンバーに添加して、pH調整過酢酸溶液を得る工程と、
g)前記pH調整過酢酸溶液を貯蔵タンクに添加する工程と、
h)前記pH調整過酢酸溶液を水で希釈して、前記高濃度過酢酸消毒液を得る工程と、
を含む、方法。 - 前記加熱水が、前記第1の反応チャンバーに押し出される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱水が、40℃の温度である、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱水、固体TAEDおよび固体過炭酸ナトリウムが、前記第1の反応チャンバー中で回転混合ブレードにより混合される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱水、固体TAEDおよび固体過炭酸ナトリウムが、前記第1の反応チャンバー中で1分間混合される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記過酢酸溶液が、前記第2の反応チャンバーに押し出される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記過酢酸溶液が、溶解されてない固体の前記第2の反応チャンバーへの移動を防止するために濾過される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記pH調整過酢酸溶液が、溶解されてない固体の前記貯蔵タンクへの移動を防止するために濾過される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記pH調整過酢酸溶液を希釈するための水が、18〜40℃の範囲の温度である、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記高濃度過酢酸消毒液が、30℃の温度であり、5〜7の範囲のpH、1200〜2200ppmの過酢酸濃度および300ppm未満の過酸化水素濃度を有する、請求項10に記載の方法。
