Description
R1およびR2は、同一であっても異なってもよく、かつ互いに独立してC1〜C6アルキルまたはHを表す)
の官能基を有するポリマーを含有するイオン交換体が、水性媒体中で少なくとも1つの遷移金属塩の存在下および少なくとも1つのアルカリ金属またはアンモニウムヘキサシアノフェレートの存在下で反応させられる、方法を含む。
R1およびR2は、同一であっても異なってもよく、かつ互いに独立してC1〜C6アルキルまたはHを表す)
の官能基を有するポリマーを含有するイオン交換体が、水性媒体中で少なくとも1つの遷移金属塩と接触させられ、工程2)において、工程1)からの遷移金属担持イオン交換体が水性媒体中で少なくとも1つのアルカリ金属またはアンモニウムヘキサシアノフェレートと反応させられる、方法をさらに含む。
a)少なくとも1つのモノビニル芳香族化合物および少なくとも1つのポリビニル芳香族化合物および少なくとも1つの開始剤からなるモノマー液滴をビーズポリマーへ変換する工程と、
b)工程a)からのビーズポリマーをフタルイミド誘導体でフタルイミドメチル化する工程と、
c)工程b)からのフタルイミドメチル化ビーズポリマーをアミノメチル化ビーズポリマーへ変換する工程と、任意選択的にさらなる工程として、
d)アミノメチル化ビーズポリマーをアルキル化によって反応させて、第二級および/または第三級アミノ基を含有するイオン交換体を与える工程と
によって達成される。
a)少なくとも1つのモノビニル芳香族化合物および少なくとも1つのポリビニル芳香族化合物および少なくとも1つの開始剤からなるモノマー液滴がビーズポリマーへ変換され、
b)工程a)からのビーズポリマーがフタルイミド誘導体でフタルイミドメチル化され、
c)工程b)からのフタルイミドメチル化ビーズポリマーがアミノメチル化ビーズポリマーに変換され、および任意選択的に、
d)アミノメチル化ビーズポリマーがアルキル化によって反応させられて、第二級および/または第三級アミノ基を含有するイオン交換体を与え、
e)工程c)または工程d)からのイオン交換体が水性媒体中で少なくとも1つの二価または三価の遷移金属塩でロードされ、
f)工程e)からの遷移金属含有イオン交換体が少なくとも1つのアルカリ金属またはアンモニウムヘキサシアノフェレートと反応させられる
製造方法を含む。
1a)スチレン、ジビニルベンゼンおよびエチルスチレンをベースとする単分散のマクロ多孔性ビーズポリマーの製造
10リットルのガラス反応器に3000gの脱塩水を最初に装入し、320gの脱イオン水中の10gのゼラチン、16gのリン酸二ナトリウム水素十二水和物および0.73gのレゾルシノールの溶液を添加し、混ぜ合わせる。混合物を25℃に温度制御する。その後、攪拌しながら、(80%ジビニルベンゼンを含むジビニルベンゼンとエチルスチレンとの市販の異性体混合物の形態で用いられる)3.6重量%のジビニルベンゼンおよび0.9重量%のエチルスチレン、0.5重量%のジベンゾイルペルオキシド、56.2重量%のスチレンおよび38.8重量%のイソドデカンからなる狭い粒度分布を有する3200gのマイクロカプセル化モノマー液滴であって、マイクロカプセルが、ゼラチンおよびアクリルアミドとアクリル酸とのコポリマーからなるホルムアルデヒド硬化錯体コアセルベートからなる、マイクロカプセル化モノマー液滴の混合物を添加し、12のpHを有する3200gの水相を添加する。
2218mlのジクロロエタン、823gのフタルイミドおよび569gの30重量%ホルマリンを室温で最初に装入する。懸濁積のpHを水酸化ナトリウム溶液で5.5〜6に調整する。水を次に蒸留によって除去する。これに60.4gの硫酸の計量供給添加が続く。形成された水を蒸留によって除去する。バッチを冷却する。30℃で255gの65%発煙硫酸、引き続き、プロセス工程1a)に従って製造された424gの単分散ビーズポリマーを計量供給する。懸濁液を70℃に加熱し、この温度でさらなる6時間攪拌する。反応液を抜き出し、脱塩水を計量供給し、残留ジクロロエタンを蒸留によって除去する。
アミドメチル化ビーズポリマーの収量:2580ml
1b)からの2545mlのアミドメチル化ビーズポリマーへ、室温で1454gの50重量%水酸化ナトリウム溶液および1340mlの脱塩水を計量供給する。懸濁液を2時間にわたって180℃に加熱し、この温度で8時間攪拌する。得られたビーズポリマーを脱塩水で洗浄する。
アミノメチル化ビーズポリマーの収量:2155ml
塩基性基の量の測定:2.41モル/樹脂1リットル
反応器に450mlの脱イオン水、1c)からの900mlのアミノメチル化ビーズポリマーおよび270gの30重量%ホルマリン溶液を最初に室温で装入する。懸濁液を40℃に加熱する。懸濁液のpHを85重量%のギ酸の計量供給添加によってpH3に調整する。2時間にわたって懸濁液を還流温度(97℃)に加熱する。この時間にわたり、pHをギ酸の計量供給添加によって3.0に維持する。還流温度に達すると、直ちにpHを最初にギ酸の計量供給添加により、次に50重量%硫酸の計量供給添加によりpH2に調整する。混合物をさらに30分間pH2で攪拌する。さらなる50重量%硫酸を次に計量供給し、pHをpH1に調整する。pH1および還流温度で攪拌をさらに10時間続行する。
容積収量:965ml
塩基性基の量の測定:2.22モル/樹脂1リットル
置換度は1.3である。
アミノメチル化ビーズポリマーをベースとするセシウム選択性イオン交換体の製造
19.7g(0.07モル)の硫酸コバルト(II)七水和物を350ml脱塩水に溶解させる。実施例1d)からの350mlのアミノメチル化ビーズポリマー(0.625モル)を次に攪拌しながら添加し、室温で1h攪拌する。350mlの脱イオン水中の44.4g(0.105モル)のカリウムヘキサシアノフェレート(II)三水和物の溶液を次に1時間にわたって添加する。混合物を78%硫酸でpH=7に調整し、懸濁液をpH=7で7h攪拌する。
収量:375ml
コバルト含有量:3.8重量%(乾燥重量)
鉄含有量:5.5重量%(乾燥重量)
(第四級アンモニウム基を有する強塩基性アニオン交換体の使用)
第四級化アミノメチル化ビーズポリマーをベースとするセシウム選択性イオン交換体の製造
44.4g(0.105モル)のカリウムヘキサシアノフェレート(II)三水和物を350mlの水に溶解させる。521mlの強塩基性アニオン交換体(0.625モル)を次に攪拌しながら添加し、混合物を室温で5h振盪する。懸濁液を篩上に置き、残存反応液を流れ落ちさせ、イオン交換体を篩上において脱塩水できれいに洗う。樹脂を次に350mlの脱イオン水中の19.7g(0.07モル)の硫酸コバルト(II)七水和物の溶液に添加し、室温で24時間振盪する。懸濁液を篩上に置き、残存反応液を流れ落ちさせ、イオン交換体を篩上において脱塩水できれいに洗う。
収量:470ml
コバルト含有量:2.1重量%(乾燥重量)
鉄含有量:2.9重量%(乾燥重量)
(第三級アミン基を有する弱塩基性アニオン交換体の使用)
第三級アミン基を有する弱塩基性の、ヘテロ分散アニオン交換体(IR 96)をベースとするセシウム選択性イオン交換体の製造
11.2g(0.04モル)の硫酸コバルト(II)七水和物を200ml脱塩水に溶解させる。200mlのIRA 96(0.28モル)を次に攪拌しながら添加し、混合物を室温で1h攪拌する。200mlの脱イオン水中の25.3g(0.06モル)のカリウムヘキサシアノフェレート(II)三水和物の溶液を次に1時間にわたって添加する。混合物を50%濃度硫酸でpH=7に調整し、懸濁液をpH=7で5h攪拌する。
収量:210ml
コバルト含有量:0.75重量%(乾燥重量)
鉄含有量:3.4重量%(乾燥重量)
Cs原液を製造するため、139.4mgのCsCl(22mg/lのセシウム)、276.6mgのCaCl2(20mg/lのカルシウム)および200gのNaCl(40g/lの食塩)を5リットルのDM水に溶解させ;pHを水酸化ナトリウム溶液でpH=7に調整する。それぞれの場合に、慎重にたたくようにして水気を取った500mgの樹脂を、上記でメークアップした800mlの原液に添加する。混合物を室温でおよび130rpmで24h振盪する。溶液中のセシウム濃度を次に原子吸収分光法(AAS)によって測定する。
塩基性基の量の測定
100mlのアミノメチル化ビーズポリマーを充填容積計に振り落し、その後、脱塩水でガラスカラム中へ洗い入れる。1000mlの2重量%水酸化ナトリウム溶液を1時間40分にわたってカラムに通す。脱塩水を、次に、フェノールフタレインと混ぜ合わせた100mlの溶出液が0.05ml以下の0.1N(0.1規定)塩酸を消費するようになるまで通す。
Claims (11)
- 前記イオン交換体の乾燥重量を基準として0.5重量%〜10重量%の量でコバルトを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のイオン交換体。
- 鉄含有量が、前記イオン交換体の乾燥重量を基準として0.5重量%〜10重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のイオン交換体。
- 前記イオン交換体の前記スチレン/ジビニルベンゼン架橋コポリマーが、マクロ多孔性であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のイオン交換体。
- 前記コバルトヘキサシアノフェレート錯体が、コバルトヘキサシアノフェレート(II)錯体であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のイオン交換体。
- 式(I):
前記ポリスチレン/ジビニルベンゼン架橋コポリマー足場において、−CH 2 −NR 1 R 2 基は、フェニル基に結合しており、
R1およびR2は、同一であっても異なってもよく、かつ互いに独立してメチルおよび/またはエチルを表す)
の官能基を有するスチレン/ジビニルベンゼン架橋コポリマーを含有するイオン交換体が、水性媒体中で少なくとも1つのコバルト塩の存在下および少なくとも1つのアルカリ金属ヘキサシアノフェレートまたはアンモニウムヘキサシアノフェレートの存在下で反応させられ、非置換アミノ基対アルキル化アミノ基の比を示す置換度が1.1〜1.6である、請求項1に記載のイオン交換体を製造する方法。 - 使用される前記式(I)の官能基を含有するイオン交換体が、
a)少なくともスチレンおよびジビニルベンゼンおよび少なくとも1つの開始剤からなるモノマー液滴をビーズポリマーへ変換する工程と、
b)工程a)からの前記ビーズポリマーをフタルイミド誘導体でフタルイミドメチル化する工程と、
c)工程b)からのフタルイミドメチル化ビーズポリマーをアミノメチル化ビーズポリマーへ変換する工程と、任意選択的に、
d)前記アミノメチル化ビーズポリマーを、アルキル化によって反応させて、第三級アミノ基を有するイオン交換体を得る工程と、
e)工程c)または工程d)からの前記イオン交換体に、水性媒体中で少なくとも1つの二価または三価のコバルト塩をロードする工程と、
f)工程e)からのコバルト含有イオン交換体を、少なくとも1つのアルカリ金属ヘキサシアノフェレートまたはアンモニウムヘキサシアノフェレートと反応させる工程と
によって製造されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のイオン交換体を製造する方法。 - 工程e)における前記コバルト塩として、硫酸コバルト(II)、塩化コバルト(II)、臭化コバルト(II)、硫酸コバルト(III)、塩化コバルト(III)、臭化コバルト(III)、硝酸コバルト(II)または硝酸コバルト(III)ならびにそれらの水和物および混合物を用いることを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載のイオン交換体を製造する方法。
- 工程f)における前記アルカリ金属ヘキサシアノフェレートとして、カリウムヘキサシアノフェレート(II)、カリウムヘキサシアノフェレート(III)、ナトリウムヘキサシアノフェレート(II)、またはナトリウムヘキサシアノフェレート(III)、ならびにそれらの水和物および混合物を用いることを特徴とする、請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載のイオン交換体を製造する方法。
- 請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって製造されたイオン交換体。
- セシウムイオンの除去および精製のための、請求項1または10に記載のイオン交換体の使用。
