Claims (1)
- 道路の上方位置に設けられたレーザー距離計から該道路に向けてレーザー光を斜めに照射して積雪深さを測定する積雪深さ測定システムを用いた視界状況判別方法であって、前記レーザー距離計から照射されるレーザー光の各降雪粒子からの反射光を受光して得られる該各降雪粒子までの距離データに基づく高さデータにより、前記道路から上方所定位置までの空間における降雪粒子の密度を確知して現在降雪量が多いか否かを判別すると共に、乗用車に乗るドライバーの目線となる前記道路から約120cmの高さ位置若しくは車高の高い車両に乗るドライバーの目線となる約200cmの高さ位置における降雪粒子の密度が高いか否かを確知して、該降雪粒子の密度が高い場合、前記高さ位置において現在視界が良好でないと判別することを特徴とする視界状況判別方法。
