Description
すなわち、求められている技術的な効果は、以下に述べられる、請求項に記載された発明の特徴によって達成される。
この溶融金属移送ポンプは、インペラーに駆動可能に接続され、上側軸受と下側すべり軸受とに取り付けられたシャフトを内部に含み、前記シャフトと軸を同一とする円筒形の容器を備えている。下側すべり軸受は回転子と固定子とを含む。回転子は2個の軸受筒として形成されてシャフトに実装され、固定子は2個の軸受筒として形成され、シャフトと軸が合わされた状態で容器に固定されている。回転子と固定子との軸受筒は、互いに合わせられる滑り面を持ち、炭化ケイ素セラミックス製である。このポンプの新規な特徴は、互いに対向する螺旋状の溝が複数本刻まれて、下側すべり軸受の上方においてシャフトと容器との互いに対向する表面上にラビリンス構造のスクリューポンプを形成していることにある。これだけでなく、回転子と固定子との軸受筒はそれぞれが、次のように分かれた軸受筒として形成されたものである。各軸受筒は、周方向において等間隔に配置された円筒の断片部材から構成されている。これらの断片部材はシャフトと容器との円筒形の溝の中に位置し、径方向においては、当該断片部材の滑り面が向く方向に錐台を有する錐台形状でかつ環状の押さえ部材により固定され、軸方向においては、軸方向に押圧力を与える環状のばねにより固定されている。
Claims (3)
- インペラーに駆動可能に接続され、上側軸受と下側すべり軸受とに取り付けられたシャフトを内部に含み、前記シャフトと軸を同一とする円筒形の容器を備えたポンプであって、
前記下側すべり軸受は回転子と固定子とを含み、
前記回転子は2個の軸受筒として形成されて前記シャフトに実装され、
前記固定子は2個の軸受筒として形成され、前記シャフトと軸が合わされた状態で前記容器に固定され、
前記回転子と固定子との軸受筒は、互いに合わせられる滑り面を持ち、炭化ケイ素セラミックス製であり、
前記下側すべり軸受の上方において前記シャフトと容器との互いに対向する表面上に、互いに逆方向へ伸びる螺旋状の溝が複数本刻まれてラビリンス構造のスクリューポンプを形成しており、
前記回転子と固定子との軸受筒は、分かれた軸受筒が平らな環状部材により固定されたものであり、円筒形を周方向において等間隔に分割した形状の断片部材から構成され、当該断片部材は前記シャフトと容器との円筒形の溝の中に配置され、径方向においては、当該断片部材の滑り面が向く方向に錐台を有する錐台形状でかつ環状の押さえ部材により固定され、軸方向においては、軸方向に押圧力を与える環状のばねにより固定されている
ことを特徴とする溶融金属移送ポンプ。 - 前記下側すべり軸受の回転子を構成する断片部材は、それぞれが、背面の溝と、前記シャフトの対向する溝との中に配置された帯状のばねの弾性力で押さえられていることにより、自己整合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶融金属移送ポンプ。
- 前記固定子の含む平らな環状部材には径方向の穴が開いていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶融金属移送ポンプ。
