Claims (13)
- バッテリーパックであって、
少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールをパッケージングし、スペース溝を備えるパックケースと、を含み、
前記スペース溝は、前記バッテリーパックの両側方及び後方のみで露出し、
前記パックケースは、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールを支持するケースベースと、
前記ケースベースと結合し、前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールを収容するケース本体と、
前記ケース本体と結合し、前記スペース溝を形成するケースカバーと、を含み、
前記ケースカバーの両側面には、前記ケース本体との結合時、前記スペース溝を形成する取っ手が設けられることを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 前記ケースベースは、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールが装着されるベースマウントと、
前記ベースマウントの両側に備えられ、前記ベースマウントと段差をなすように形成される排水口と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記ベースマウントの上面は、前記排水口に進むほど下方へ傾くことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記排水口に装着される少なくとも一つのメッシュユニットを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ケース本体は、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールを固定する第1内側ケースと、
前記第1内側ケースを囲み、前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールを収容するための収容空間を形成する外側ケースと、
前記外側ケースの上側に装着され、前記ケースカバーと結合する第2内側ケースと、を含み、
前記外側ケースは、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールの上下方向に沿って前記第1内側ケースにスライド装着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記外側ケースは、一体で押出成形されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記外側ケースの外面には、少なくとも一つの放熱ビードが形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記取っ手の一端部が、前記ケースカバーの前面から前記ケースカバーの後方へ所定距離に離隔し、
前記取っ手の他端部が、
前記ケースカバーの後面に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記取っ手が、前記ケースカバーに一体で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記パックケースと分離可能に装着され、前記バッテリーパックを外部構造物に装着するためのマウントブラケットをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記マウントブラケットは、
前記パックケースに装着され、前記スペース溝内に配置されるパック装着部と、
前記パック装着部から折り曲げられ、前記外部構造物に装着される構造物装着部と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記マウントブラケットは、前記バッテリーパックの前方で前記ケースカバーの前面によって遮られることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーパックは、家庭用エネルギー貯蔵装置であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
