Claims (13)
- 前面から水平方向に延設されて1つ以上の折曲部が形成された電極リードを備え、上下方向に隣接して位置する電極リードが相互対面接触しながら上下方向に積層されて形成された複数のバッテリーセル、及び
前記電極リードの一端外側と他端外側にそれぞれ位置する2つのポスト部、前記2つのポスト部の間に上下方向に立設されたプレート状に形成され、内側に対面接触する電極リードを個別的に収容する収容空間を形成する隔壁部、及び前記隔壁部の上部から前方に突設され、前記収容空間の外側に突出した前記電極リードを他の電極リードと離隔させる第1離隔部を備える複数のリードカートリッジ、
を含むバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記リードカートリッジは、前記隔壁部の中央部と下部のそれぞれから前面に突設されて、センシングバスバーを支持する支持部をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記リードカートリッジは、前記2つのポスト部の間の上部または下部に水平方向に横設されたプレート状に形成され、前記収容空間の内側で収容された電極リードを他の電極リードと離隔させる第2離隔部をさらに備える、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記2つのポスト部、前記隔壁部、前記第1離隔部、前記支持部及び第2離隔部は一体で形成される、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記2つのポスト部、前記隔壁部、前記第1離隔部、前記支持部及び第2離隔部は絶縁性素材で形成される、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記電極リードは、前記バッテリーセルの前面の左側から前方に向かって突出した第1電極リード、及び前記バッテリーセルの前面の右側から前方に向かって突出した第2電極リードを含み、
前記リードカートリッジは、前記第1電極リードを収容する第1リードカートリッジ、及び前記第2電極リードを収容する第2リードカートリッジを含み、前記第1リードカートリッジの前記2つのポスト部と前記第2リードカートリッジの前記2つのポスト部のうち隣接したポスト部は、相互対面接触する面に凹凸部が形成されて結合される、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記第1リードカートリッジの第2離隔部は、前記2つのポスト部の間の上部に水平方向に横設されたプレート状に形成され、前記収容空間の内側で収容された電極リードを上部に位置する他の電極リードと離隔させる、請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記第2リードカートリッジの第2離隔部は、前記2つのポスト部の間の下部に水平方向に横設されたプレート状に形成され、前記収容空間の内側で収容された電極リードを下部に位置する他の電極リードと離隔させる、請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記リードカートリッジは、上下方向に立設された円筒状の結合部材をさらに含み、
前記2つのポスト部の少なくとも1つには、上下に貫通した貫通孔が形成され、前記貫通孔に前記結合部材が挿入されて上下方向に積層された前記複数のリードカートリッジが結合固定される、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記2つのポスト部の少なくとも1つには、上面及び下面のいずれか一方に結合突起が形成され、他方に前記結合突起に対応する結合溝が形成される、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記2つのポスト部は、前面から締結突起が突設され、センシングバスバーの両端に形成された締結孔に前記締結突起が挿入及び締結される、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1〜請求項11のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含むバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1〜請求項11のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む自動車。
