Description
Claims (12)
- 베어셀, 및 상기 베어셀의 상부에 전기적으로 연결되고 외부 단자부가 노출된 회로 부속을 포함하는 코어팩; 및상기 코어팩의 하부 또는 양측부에 형성되는 외부 커버를 구비하며,상기 외부 커버에는 적어도 하나의 손잡이부가 형성되며, 상기 손잡이부는 양각 돌기 또는 음각 홈인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 양측부는 상기 베어셀의 측부를 이루는 한쌍의 마주보는 장측면 및 한쌍의 단측면 중 한쌍의 단측면에 대응되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 외부 커버는상기 베어셀의 일 단측면에 대응되는 형상을 갖는 제 1 평면과, 상기 베어셀의 일 단측면을 덮도록 상기 제 1 평면 가장자리의 적어도 일부로부터 일방향으로 연장된 제 1 스커트면을 가지고 상기 베어셀의 일 단측면에 결합되는 제 1 커버; 및상기 베어셀의 타 단측면에 대응되는 형상을 갖는 제 2 평면과, 상기 베어셀의 타 단측면을 덮도록 상기 제 2 평면 가장자리의 적어도 일부로부터 일방향으로 연장된 제 2 스커트면을 가지고 상기 베어셀의 타 단측면에 결합되는 제 2 커버로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 제 1 스커트면은 상기 제 1 평면으로부터 상기 베어셀의 상부를 제외한 부분에서 'ㄷ'형태로 형성되며, 상기 제 2 스커트면은 상기 제 2 평면으로부터 상기 베어셀의 상부를 제외한 부분에서 'ㄷ'형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 손잡이부는 상기 외부 커버의 상기 제 1 평면 및 제 2 평면 중 적어도 하나의 외측 하부측에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 양각 돌기는 상기 제 2 평면과 상기 제 2 스커트면이 만나는 모서리에서 마주 보는 양측 모서리 중 적어도 하나로부터 일체로 돌출되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 1항 또는 제 6항에 있어서,상기 양각 돌기는 반원형이나 사각형과 같은 다각형 중 어느 하나로 선택된 형상으로 돌출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 1항 또는 제 6항에 있어서,상기 음각 홈은 타원형, 원형 및 반원형 중 어느 하나로 선택되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 베에셀의 한쌍의 단측면 중 일 단측면에 전극단자가 돌출되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 베어셀의 한쌍의 장측면 및 하면에 접착되는 라벨 시트를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 회로 부속은상기 외부 단자부를 가지고 상기 베어셀의 상부에 배치되어 상기 베어셀에 전기적으로 연결되는 인쇄 회로 기판; 및상기 외부 단자부를 노출하면서 상기 인쇄 회로 기판을 포함하는 상기 베어셀의 상부 영역에 성형되는 수지 몰딩부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
