Claims (21)
- 植物原料の生物分解性または消化率を増進させるように前記植物原料を加工するための植物加工装置を含む農業機械であって、前記植物加工装置が、ドラム軸を中心に回転可能である円筒ドラムと、前記ドラム軸を中心に前記ドラムを回転させるための回転駆動装置と、前記ドラムの周縁の少なくとも一部の周りに延在する湾曲した外郭とを備え、加工チャネルが、前記円筒ドラムの外面と前記外郭の内面との間に提供され、前記加工チャネルが入口端および出口端を有し、それによって、使用中、植物原料が、前記円筒ドラムの回転によって、前記入口端から前記出口端に前記加工チャネルを通して移送され、前記ドラムが、その外面上に第1の作業要素の組を有し、前記外郭が、その内面上に第2の作業要素の組を有し、前記第1および第2の作業要素の組が、前記植物原料を、それが前記加工チャネルを通して供給される時に表皮剥脱するように構成され、前記外郭および前記ドラムの相対位置が調整可能であり、前記外郭は、前記外郭が前記ドラムに向かってまたそれから離れて移動することを可能にする懸架システムに取り付けられており、前記植物加工装置は、前記ドラムおよび前記外郭を互いに向かって押し付ける押圧機構を含む、農業機械。
- 前記加工チャネルの幅が、前記入口端から前記出口端へと減少する、請求項1に記載の農業機械。
- 前記外郭が部分的に円筒状であり、前記ドラムの前記円筒状面および前記外郭が、同軸ではない、請求項2に記載の農業機械。
- 前記外郭の位置が、前記ドラム軸に対して半径方向および/または接線方向に調整されることを可能にするように、前記懸架システムが調整可能である、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の農業機械。
- 前記押圧機構が、押圧力を調整するための調整機構を含む、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の農業機械。
- 前記第1の作業要素の組が、前記ドラムの前記円筒状面から外側に延在する一組のリブを備える、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の農業機械。
- 前記第2の作業要素の組が、前記外郭の前記湾曲した面から内側に延在するリブを備える、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の農業機械。
- 前記第1のリブの組が、前記ドラムの前記面上に、0°〜35°の範囲の螺旋角で螺旋状に配列されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載の農業機械。
- 前記第2のリブの組が、前記外郭の前記面上に、0°〜35°の範囲の螺旋角で螺旋状に配列されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載の農業機械。
- 前記第1および第2の作業要素の組が、異なる螺旋角に設定されている、請求項1から9までのいずれか一項に記載の農業機械。
- 前記外郭が、作業要素を有しない前記入口端に隣接する入口部分を含む、請求項1から10までのいずれか一項に記載の農業機械。
- 前記外郭が、作業要素を有しない前記出口端に隣接する出口部分を有する、請求項1から11までのいずれか一項に記載の農業機械。
- 前記ドラムが、前記作業要素を越えて半径方向外側に延在する駆動要素を含む、請求項1から12までのいずれか一項に記載の農業機械。
- 前記外郭が、前記ドラムの回転中に前記駆動要素を収容する、複数のスロットを含む、請求項13に記載の農業機械。
- 植物原料を前記加工チャネルに供給する供給ローラを含む、請求項1から14までのいずれか一項に記載の農業機械。
- 前記加工チャネルの前記入口端に隣接して設置される捕捉デバイスを含む、請求項1から15までのいずれか一項に記載の農業機械。
- 植物原料を収穫して、前記植物原料を前記植物加工装置に供給するための収穫機構を含む、請求項1から16までのいずれか一項に記載の農業機械。
- 前記収穫機構が、複数の回転カッターを含む、請求項17に記載の農業機械。
- 前記収穫機構が、前記植物加工装置に前記刈り取られた植物原料を供給するための供給機構を含む、請求項17または請求項18に記載の農業機械。
- 前記加工された植物原料をベール梱包するためのベーラーを含む、請求項1から16までのいずれか一項に記載の農業機械。
- 前記農業機械が、前記加工された植物原料を積み込むための積込貨車を備える、請求項1から16までのいずれか一項に記載の農業機械。
