Description
Claims (8)
- 回転電機の回転子の磁極位置に応じた正弦波信号を発生する正弦波発生回路と、
速度指令と実速度情報に基づいたトルク指令と前記正弦波信号に基づいて電流指令を発生する電流指令回路と、
前記電流指令と回転電機の固定子巻線の電流検出信号に基づいて当該固定子巻線に正弦波電流を流すように、当該固定子巻線と直流電源の間に介在されるインバータ回路を制御する電流制御回路と、を備え、
前記電流制御回路は、前記回転電機が所定のトルク、所定の回転数にて駆動している際に、前記正弦波電流の電流位相が周期的に変化させる回転電機の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の回転電機の制御装置において、
前記電流制御回路は、1回転中の前記回転電機の固定子のスロット数もしくは、1回転中の前記回転電機の固定子のスロット数/毎極毎相スロット数にて、前記電流位相が周期的に変化させる回転電機の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の回転電機の制御装置において、
前記電流制御回路は、1回転中の前記回転電機の回転子と固定子のスロットコンビネーション数にて、前記電流位相が周期的に変化させる回転電機の制御装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の回転電機の制御装置において、
前記電流制御回路は、一定の電流値において、前記電流位相が周期的に変化させる回転電機の制御装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の回転電機の制御装置において、
最大トルクを発生する電流位相をβtmaxとすると、前記電流位相βが周期的に変化する範囲が、βtmax≦βである回転電機の制御装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の回転電機の制御装置において、
最大トルクを発生する電流位相をβtmaxとすると、電流位相βが周期的に変化する範囲が、β≦βtmaxである回転電機の制御装置。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の回転電機の制御装置において、
トルク脈動が一定である期間は前記電流位相が変化させ、トルク脈動が変化する期間は前記電流位相を一定であり、前記電流位相が周期的に変化させる回転電機の制御装置。 - 回転電機の回転子の磁極位置に応じた正弦波信号を発生させ、
速度指令と実速度情報に基づいたトルク指令と前記正弦波信号に基づいて電流指令を発生させ、
前記電流指令と回転電機の固定子巻線の電流検出信号に基づいて当該固定子巻線に正弦波電流を流すように、当該固定子巻線と直流電源の間に介在されるインバータ回路を制御する回転電機の制御方法であって、
前記回転電機が所定のトルク、所定の回転数にて駆動している際に、前記正弦波電流の電流位相が周期的に変化させる回転電機の制御方法。
