Description
Claims (11)
- 電気負荷(12)を安全にオフにするための安全開閉装置(10)であって、
フェールセーフな評価制御ユニット(36)と、
電位(51)を提供する出力端子(26)と、
前記電位(51)を前記出力端子(26)に接続することのできる第1作動接点(46)を有するスイッチング要素(42)と、
前記スイッチング要素(42)を前記評価制御ユニット(36)を介して動作させるために入力信号を受信する入力端子(20)とを備え、
接続部(56)、駆動要素(58)および分離要素(60)を含むセパレータ(54)を備え、
前記駆動要素(58)は前記分離要素(60)を第1位置から第2位置に機械的に移動させるように構成されており、
前記接続部(56)および前記第1作動接点(46)は、互いに直列に前記電位(51)を前記出力端子(26)に電気接続し、
前記第2位置で、前記分離要素(60)は前記接続部(56)を不可逆的に2つの部分に分離し、
前記安全開閉装置(10)は前記セパレータ(54)が始動した後でも診断機能を行うことが可能である、安全開閉装置。 - 前記駆動要素(58)は、前記スイッチング要素(42)が誤作動を起こした場合に、前記分離要素(60)を前記第1位置から前記第2位置に移動させる、請求項1に記載の安全開閉装置。
- 前記分離要素(60)を前記第1位置から前記第2位置に移動させ、前記駆動要素(58)に格納されている操作動力を有する、請求項1または請求項2のいずれか1項に記載の安全開閉装置。
- 前記駆動要素(58)は燃料(70)と点火装置(72)とを備える、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の安全開閉装置。
- 前記駆動要素(58)は、燃料(70)の音速よりも低い速度で燃焼する燃料(70)を備える、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の安全開閉装置。
- 前記分離要素(60)の前記第2位置で、不可逆的に2つの部分に分離される少なくとも別の接続部を有する、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の安全開閉装置。
- 前記第1作動接点(46)および前記接続部(56)に直列で接続されている第2作動接点(48)を有する少なくとも第2のスイッチング要素(44)を備える、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の安全開閉装置。
- 前記分離要素(60)を前記駆動要素(58)とは独立して移動させることのできる別の駆動要素(92)を有する、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の安全開閉装置。
- 前記スイッチング要素(42)と前記セパレータ(54)とが配置されている回路基板(68)を有する、請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の安全開閉装置。
- 前記接続部(56)が少なくとも1つの導体トラック(82)の1セクションである、少なくとも導体トラック(82)を有する回路基板(68)を備える、請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の安全開閉装置。
- 前記駆動要素(58)は、作動接点が溶着した場合に、前記分離要素(60)を前記第1位置から前記第2位置に移動させる、請求項2に記載の安全開閉装置。
