Description
Claims (5)
- 自然光を得るためかつ使用者が外部景観を知覚することを可能にし、これと共に、円筒の上方部分が年に数か月又は年間を通して直射日光を防護するためのものであり、かつ円筒の下方部分が自然光を受けて建物内へと反射させるためのものである、枠(1)及び中空円筒(3)に結合している間隔を開けた穿孔を伴う遮断パネル(2)から構成される、北側及び南側用の日射遮蔽パネル。
- 前記中空円筒(3)が、円筒直径(5)の0.3〜0.6の比率の長さとなる当該中空円筒(3)の側面の長さである伸長部分(4)を有する、請求項1に記載の北側及び南側用の日射遮蔽パネル。
- 前記中空円筒(3)の断面平面と垂直面とが成す傾斜角(6)は、設置場所の緯度±10度と等しい、請求項1に記載の北側及び南側用の日射遮蔽パネル。
- 前記中空円筒(3)の断面平面と垂直面とが成す傾斜角(6)は、設置場所の緯度±10度と等しい、請求項2に記載の北側及び南側用の日射遮蔽パネル。
- 前記遮断パネル(2)が穿孔しており、かつ穿孔領域が、前記伸長部分(4)を有し及び/ 又は前記傾斜角(6)を伴う前記中空円筒(3)の断面平面領域と等しく、
これと共に前記遮断パネル(2)の平面が、垂直面若しくは前記中空円筒(3)の断面平面に対して平行に定置、又は垂直面と前記中空円筒(3)の断面平面の間に定置されてよい、請求項4に記載の北側及び南側用の日射遮蔽パネル。
