Description
Claims (15)
- 回転−滑り軸受(4)であって、
静止側の軸受部分(29)と、
可動側の軸受部分(34)と、
を備え、
前記静止側の軸受部分(29)および前記可動側の軸受部分(34)は、それぞれ、滑動面(26’,38’)を有する部分シェル(26,38)を有し、前記部分シェル(26,38)の前記滑動面(26’,38’)は、回転軸線(5’)に対して前記回転−滑り軸受(4)の回転方向でそれぞれ最大で180°の角度範囲内に配置されており、前記回転−滑り軸受(4)の閉鎖された静止位置(41)において、すべての軸受部分(29,34)の前記部分シェル(26,38)は、相俟って1つの、前記回転−滑り軸受(4)の軸受ブシュを形成し、
前記可動側の軸受部分(34)は、前記回転−滑り軸受(4)を開放すべく、前記静止側の軸受部分(29)に対して旋回軸線(30’)回りに旋回可能に配置されており、前記回転−滑り軸受(4)の開放された解放位置(40)において、内部に支持されたシャフト(5)は解放されており、
前記可動側の軸受部分(34)は、前記閉鎖された静止位置(41)において、前記回転軸線(5’)に対する前記可動側の軸受部分(34)の滑動面(38’)の位置に基づいて、前記回転−滑り軸受(4)内に収容されたシャフト(5)が、前記回転軸線(5’)に対して横方向であって、前記可動側の軸受部分(34)の前記旋回軸線(30’)に向かう方向またはこれとは反対方向に並進することが防止されるように成形されている、
回転−滑り軸受(4)において、
前記静止側の軸受部分(29)は、ストッパ(29’)を有しており、該ストッパ(29’)は、前記回転−滑り軸受(4)の前記開放された解放位置(40)において、前記回転−滑り軸受(4)内に収容されたシャフト(5)が、前記回転軸線(5’)に対して横方向に、前記静止側の軸受部分(29)の前記部分シェル(26)から直線状に並進することを制限する、
ことを特徴とする回転−滑り軸受(4)。 - 前記静止側の軸受部分(29)は、ガイド(27)を形成しており、該ガイド(27)は、シャフト(5)を前記静止側の軸受部分(29)内に導入する開口(28)を有するとともに、前記静止側の軸受部分(29)の前記部分シェル(26)で終端していて、少なくとも部分的に渦巻き形の延在部分を有する、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の回転−滑り軸受(4)。 - 前記可動側の軸受部分(34)は、前記回転−滑り軸受(4)の前記閉鎖された静止位置(41)からは、前記回転−滑り軸受(4)の前記開放された解放位置(40)に向かってのみ旋回可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の回転−滑り軸受(4)。
- 前記静止側の軸受部分(29)の前記滑動面(26’)と、前記可動側の軸受部分(34)の前記滑動面(38’)とは、前記静止位置(41)において前記回転−滑り軸受(4)の前記回転軸線(5’)を中心に円弧形の連続した延在面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の回転−滑り軸受(4)。
- 前記静止側の軸受部分(29)の前記滑動面(26’)は、前記回転−滑り軸受(4)の前記回転軸線(5’)を中心に半円形の延在面を有することを特徴とする、請求項4記載の回転−滑り軸受(4)。
- 前記可動側の軸受部分(34)は、戻し要素(36)の戻し力に抗して前記静止位置(41)から旋回可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の回転−滑り軸受(4)。
- 前記戻し要素(36)は、戻しばねであることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の回転−滑り軸受(4)。
- 前記可動側の軸受部分(34)は、2腕のレバーの一端に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の回転−滑り軸受(4)。
- 前記静止側の軸受部分(29)は、ガイド(27)を形成しており、該ガイド(27)は、シャフト(5)を前記静止側の軸受部分(29)内に導入する開口(28)を有するとともに、前記静止側の軸受部分(29)の前記部分シェル(26)で終端していて、少なくとも部分的に渦巻き形の延在部分を有し、
前記ガイド(27)の直径は、前記開口(28)に向かって増大する、好ましくは10〜20%増大することを特徴とする、請求項8記載の回転−滑り軸受(4)。 - 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の少なくとも2つの回転−滑り軸受(3,4)を備え、前記少なくとも2つの回転−滑り軸受(3,4)は、1つの共通の回転軸線(5’)を有する、装置。
- 前記少なくとも2つの回転−滑り軸受(3,4)の前記可動側の軸受部分(33,34)は、それぞれ、2腕のレバーの一端に形成されており、
