図1は本発明の一実施例による水処理用逆浸透フィルタモジュール100の斜視図であり、図2は本発明の一実施例による水処理用逆浸透フィルタモジュール100で用いられる供給スペーサ20の斜視図であり、図3は本発明の一実施例による水処理用逆浸透フィルタモジュール100で用いられるフィラメント21の斜視図である。
逆浸透フィルタモジュールで用いられる従来の供給スペーサと本発明の一実施例による供給スペーサ20を用いて差圧(ΔP[Pa])及び膜表面の塩分の平均質量分率性能を比較した。

*入口速度:0.3m/s
Claims (3)
- 長さ方向に沿って透過液を収容する開口を含むチューブ、
前記チューブから外側方向に延び、前記チューブの周縁に巻き取られる一つ以上の逆浸透膜、及び
前記一つ以上の逆浸透膜と接触し、前記チューブの周縁に巻き取られる供給スペーサを含み、
前記供給スペーサは、螺旋状のフィラメントが平面上で繰り返し並ぶように形成され、
前記フィラメントは、ピッチが780〜3,120μmであり、
前記フィラメントにより形成される円形流路の直径が0.2〜0.5mmである、
逆浸透フィルタモジュール。 - 前記供給スペーサは、
一つのフィラメントが平面上で一側及び他側の間を往復するように提供されることによって形成される、請求項1に記載の逆浸透フィルタモジュール。 - 前記逆浸透フィルタモジュールは、
前記供給スペーサに供給される液体の渦巻きが前記フィラメントの前記逆浸透膜と近接する側に形成される、請求項1又は2に記載の逆浸透フィルタモジュール。
