Description
供給スペーサ100としては、上述した本発明に係る供給スペーサ100が提供されることができる。より詳細には、供給スペーサ100は3層構造として提供されることができ、ここで、3層とは、供給スペーサ100を構成する3個のストランドが積層された構造であって、複数のストランドが平行に位置して1層のセットを構成し、3個のセットが積層される形態を意味する。
Claims (6)
- 複数のストランド(Strand)が平行に位置する第1セット、
前記第1セットと交差して提供され、複数の平行したストランドからなる第2セット、および
原水方向と平行に位置し、複数の平行したストランドからなる第3セットを含み、
前記第3セットは、前記第1セットおよび前記第2セットの間あるいは前記第1セットおよび前記第2セットのいずれか一つの一側に位置して、
前記第1セットおよび前記第2セットがなす角度の中心線方向は原水方向で、その角度は、50°~55°であり、
前記第1セットおよび前記第2セットの交差点間の距離は、3,800μm~12,000μmである、
3層構造の逆浸透フィルタモジュール用供給スペーサ。 - 前記ストランドは、直径が167μm~300μmである、
請求項1に記載の3層構造の逆浸透フィルタモジュール用供給スペーサ。 - 前記逆浸透フィルタモジュール用供給スペーサは、厚さが500μm~900μmである、
請求項1又は2に記載の3層構造の逆浸透フィルタモジュール用供給スペーサ。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の3層構造の逆浸透フィルタモジュール用供給スペーサを含む、
逆浸透フィルタモジュール。 - 前記逆浸透フィルタモジュールは、
長さ方向に沿って透過液を収容する開口を含むチューブ、および
前記チューブから外側方向に延び、前記チューブの周縁に巻き取られる一つ以上の逆浸透膜
を含み、
前記3層構造の逆浸透フィルタモジュール用供給スペーサは、
前記一つ以上の逆浸透膜と接触し、前記チューブの周縁に巻き取られる、
請求項4に記載の逆浸透フィルタモジュール。 - 前記3層構造の逆浸透フィルタモジュール用供給スペーサは、
第1セット~第3セットからなり、
前記第1セットおよび前記第2セットは前記一つ以上の逆浸透膜と接触し、
前記第3セットは前記一つ以上の逆浸透膜と非接触する、
請求項5に記載の逆浸透フィルタモジュール。
