Claims (7)
- 硬化性合金鋼で構成された帯薄鋼板からブランクが切り抜かれ、前記ブランクは、次に、それがAc3より高い温度に加熱されてオーステナイト化され、次に成形工具中に挿入され、前記成形工具中で成形され、前記成形時に臨界硬化速度より大きな速度で冷却される、薄鋼板部品をプレス硬化するための方法であって、前記成形および硬化プロセス時に成形される薄金属板ブランク中で第2の型の微小亀裂が形成されることを回避するために、周囲媒質が、引張ひずみを受ける箇所で注入または吸引されることを特徴とする方法。
- 周囲媒質の注入は、1barを超える正圧で、行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 周囲媒質が、空気または酸素または窒素であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 周囲媒質が連続的に注入または吸引されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法を行うための装置であって、2つの成形工具半部を有し;2つの成形工具半部は、ブランクを深絞りするために協働し、それらが、互いの方へおよび互いから離れる方へ動くことができるように具現化され;流体媒質の交換用の少なくとも1つの供給ラインまたは排出ライン(8)が、引張ひずみを受ける箇所で設けられることを特徴とする、装置。
- 少なくとも1つの窪みが、引張ひずみを受ける薄金属板の領域に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 窪み(5,6,7)および/または工具表面(3,4,10)に、後ろから、すなわち前記工具(1)側から、供給開口と、対応して穿孔されたライン(8)とによって酸素含有流体が供給されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
