- ターボ機械の構成部品(20、40)の外側面(22A、22B、22C、22D、22E、22F、22G、42A、42B、42C、42D、42E、42F、42G、42H)を画定する容器(21、41)を使用して、前記容器の内部に、粉末金属熱間等方圧加圧によって前記構成部品(20、40)を製造する、ターボ機械の構成部品(20、40)の製造方法であって、
前記容器(21、41)内に前記粉末金属熱間等方圧加圧による前記構成要素(20、40)の形成のための金属粉末を充填する前に、前記金属粉末の金属材料と同一の金属材料からなる金属インサート(23、443、543、643、743、843)が前記容器(21、41)の内部に配置され、
前記金属インサート(23、443、543、643、743、843)が、前記構成部品(20、40)の製造終了後に、前記構成部品(20、40)の中に残り、
コア(44)が、前記構成部品(20、40)の製造終了前に、それまで存在していた位置からピックリングおよび/または機械加工によって、取り除かれ、
前記容器が、前記構成部品(20、40)の製造終了後に、前記構成部品(20、40)から取り除かれて、
当該製造方法によって得られる前記構成部品(20、40)として、前記容器内で前記粉末金属熱間等方圧加圧によって前記金属粉末を固体化して形成された部分と前記金属インサートの少なくとも一部分とを、前記金属粉末を固体化して形成された部分の中で一体化してなる構成部品を得る
ことを特徴とするターボ機械の構成部品(20、40)の製造方法。 - 前記容器(21、41)が、前記構成部品(20、40)の製造終了後ではなく製造終了前に、前記構成部品(20、40)から取り除かれる、または、前記製造終了前に、前記構成部品(20、40)の製造終了後に前記構成部品(20、40)の中に一部分が残るように、その一部分を残して他の部分が取り除かれる
請求項1記載のターボ機械の構成部品(20、40)の製造方法。 - 前記コア(44)が、前記容器(21、41)に前記金属粉末を充填する前に、前記容器(21、41)の内部に配置される
