Claims (9)
- プログラム制御の工作機械のスピンドル装置において、
スピンドルハウジング(1,4)と、
前記スピンドルハウジング(1,4)内にスピンドル軸線回りに回転可能に設けられ、工具インタフェース(200)をクランプするクランプ装置(22a,22b,22c)を含むワークスピンドルであって、前記工具インタフェースが前記スピンドル装置(100)の工具受け部に挿入され、フライス又は穿孔工具を保持するように構成されている、ワークスピンドルと、
前記スピンドルハウジング(1,4)内の前記ワークスピンドルの先端に配置された、センサ装置であって、少なくとも1つの環状の構造伝達音センサ(500)を含み、該構造伝達音センサが研磨作業中に発生する構造伝達音の波動又は振動を検出するように構成されている、センサ装置と、を具備え、
前記構造伝達音センサ(500)は環状の構造伝達音センサ(500)として構成され、
第1リング要素(10)及び第2リング要素(16)を更に具備し、
前記第1リング要素(10)が前記スピンドルハウジング(1,4)に固定して接続され、
前記第2リング要素(16)が回転可能に設けられたワークスピンドルに固定して接続され
、
前記構造伝達音センサ(500)の少なくとも一部が前記第1及び第2リング要素(10,16)の少なくとも1つに配置又は保持され、
前記第2リング要素(16)の内部は、前記スピンドル装置(100)の工具受け部の少なくとも一部を形成する、スピンドル装置。 - 前記構造伝達音センサ(500)は環状のロータセンサ部分(501)及び環状のステータセンサ部分(502)を含む、請求項1に記載のスピンドル装置。
- 前記環状ロータセンサ部分(501)は前記第2リング要素(16)に配置又は保持され、及び/又は
前記環状ステータセンサ部分(502)は前記第1リング要素(10)に配置又は保持されている、請求項1又は2に記載のスピンドル装置。 - 前記第2リング要素(16)は、前記スピンドル装置(100)のスピンドルヘッド軸(20)に回転不能に固定して接続され、好ましくは前記スピンドルハウジング(1,4)内に回転可能に設けられ又は前記スピンドルヘッド軸に固定、特に取り外し可能に固定されている、請求項1又は3に記載のスピンドル装置。
- 前記第2リング要素(16)の前記内部は、前記工具インタフェース(200)が前記スピンドル装置(100)の工具受け部に挿入され、前記クラップ装置(22a,22b,22c)によってクランプされたとき、前記工具インタフェース(200)の少なくとも一部に接触する、請求項1に記載のスピンドル装置。
- 前記第1リング要素(10)は、前記スピンドルハウジング(1,4)に回転不能に固定、特に取り外し可能に固定されている、請求項1〜5の何れかに記載のスピンドル装置。
- 複数のスピンドル軸受(21)を更に具備し、
前記構造伝達音センサ(500)は、前記複数のスピンドル軸受(21)の最も外側のスピンドル軸受(21)の側面に配置され、該側面が前記スピンドル装置(100)の外側に面している、請求項1〜6の何れかに記載のスピンドル装置。 - 複数のスピンドル軸受(21)を更に具備し、
前記構造伝達音センサ(500)は、前記スピンドル軸受(21)の何れもが前記工具受け部から前記構造伝達音センサ(500)への前記スピンドル装置(100)内での構造伝達音の波動の直接的な伝播方向に配置されていないように位置付けられている、請求項1〜7の何れかに記載のスピンドル装置。 - プログラム制御の工作機械のスピンドル装置において、
スピンドルハウジング(1,4)と、
前記スピンドルハウジング(1,4)内にスピンドル軸線回りに回転可能に設けられ、工具インタフェース(200)をクランプするクランプ装置(22a,22b,22c)を含むワークスピンドルであって、前記工具インタフェースが前記スピンドル装置(100)の工具受け部に挿入され、フライス又は穿孔工具を保持するように構成されている、ワークスピンドルと、
前記スピンドルハウジング(1,4)に配置された、センサ装置であって、少なくとも1つの構造伝達音センサ(500)を含み、該構造伝達音センサが研磨作業中に発生する構造伝達音の波動又は振動を検出するように構成されている、センサ装置と、を具備え、
前記スピンドル装置は、第1リング要素(10)及び第2リング要素(16)を更に具備し、
前記第1リング要素(10)が前記スピンドルハウジング(1,4)に固定して接続され、
前記第2リング要素(16)が回転可能に設けられたワークスピンドルに固定して接続され、
前記構造伝達音センサ(500)の少なくとも一部が前記第1及び第2リング要素(10,16)の少なくとも1つに配置又は保持されており、
前記第2リング要素(16)の内部は、前記スピンドル装置(100)の工具受け部の少なくとも一部を形成する、スピンドル装置。
