Claims (4)
- コアと、
前記コアを取り囲み、前記コアの屈折率より低い屈折率を有し、フッ素を含むシリカガラスからなるクラッドと、
を備える光ファイバであって、
前記コアが、第1ドーパント群を含むとともに、この第1ドーパント群のシリカガラス内における拡散係数より小さい拡散係数を有する第2ドーパント群を含むシリカガラスからなり、
前記コアが、前記第1ドーパント群としてNa,Kのうちの何れかを含み、前記第2ドーパント群としてRb、Cs、Mg、Ca、Srのうちの何れかを含み、
前記光ファイバにおける残留応力の最大値と最小値の差が150MPa以下である、
光ファイバ。 - 前記コアにおける前記第1ドーパント群の平均濃度をC1とし、前記コアにおける前記第2ドーパント群の平均濃度をC2としたとき、前記コアにおける比C2/C1が5以上である、
請求項1に記載の光ファイバ。 - 前記コアにおける比C2/C1が30以下である、
請求項2に記載の光ファイバ。 - 前記コアにおける前記第1ドーパント群の平均濃度C1が1〜20ppmであり、
前記コアにおける前記第2ドーパント群の平均濃度C2が20〜300ppmである、
請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の光ファイバ。
