ポリオルガノシロキサンの25℃における粘度(mPa・s)は、JIS K7117−1に準拠したB型粘度計によって測定した値であり、動粘度(mm2/s)は、JIS Z8803に準拠したウベローデ型粘度計によって測定した値である。
JIS K 6268に準じて、密度を測定した。
JIS K 7312に規定されたタイプC硬さ試験機(Asker C硬度計)を用いた試験方法に準じ、厚さ6mmの試験片を使用して、硬さを測定した。
JIS K 6251に準じて、引張強さおよび伸びを測定した。
JIS K 6262に準じて、180℃、25%圧縮という条件で、22時間後の圧縮永久ひずみを測定した。
直径 29mm、厚さ 12.8mmのキャビティを有する金型を用いて成型した、圧縮永久ひずみ測定用試験片の中心部分の厚さと端部の厚さを測定して、次の式に代入して収縮率を求めた。
(シリカマスターバッチの調製)
粘度40,000mPa・sの分子鎖両末端ジメチルビニルシロキシ基封鎖ポリジメチルシロキサン 100質量部、BET比表面積400m2/gのフュームドシリカ 50質量部、ヘキサメチルジシラザン 10質量部、テトラメチルジビニルシラザン 0.36質量部、水 2質量部、粘度20mPa・sの分子鎖両末端ジメチルヒドロキシシロキシ基封鎖ジメチルシロキサン・メチルビニルシロキサン共重合体(ビニル基の含有量=約10.9質量%) 0.26質量部をロスミキサーに投入し、室温で均一になるまで混合した後、減圧下、200℃で2時間加熱混練して、流動性のあるシリカマスターバッチを調製した。
(無機系増粘剤で増粘した水分散液の調製)
スメクタイトクレー(株式会社ホージュン製の有機ポリマー複合親水性精製ベントナイト;pH6.5) 0.85質量部とイオン交換水 99.15質量部をホモミキサーに投入し、室温で均一になるまで混合して、無機系増粘剤により増粘した水分散液(c-1)を調製した。
(セルロースナノファイバーで増粘した水分散液の調製)
セルロースナノファイバー(数平均繊維径が4nm)の2%水分散液(第一工業製薬株式会社製の商品名Rheocrysta C−2SP) 10質量部とイオン交換水 20質量部をホモミキサーに投入し、室温で均一になるまで混合して、セルロースナノファイバーで増粘した水分散液(c-2)を調製した。
シリカマスターバッチ、(A)成分、(C)成分、(D)成分、(E)成分、(F)成分を表1〜3に記載の組成(質量部)でホモミキサー(特殊機化株式会社製)に投入し、25℃で均一になるまで混合した。次いで、得られた混合物に(B)成分、(G)成分および(H)成分を表1〜3に記載の組成(質量部)で混合し、脱気してスポンジ形成性シリコーンゴム組成物を調製した。なお、表1〜3において、SiH/Viは、シリコーンゴム組成物において、(A)成分に相当するポリオルガノシロキサン中のビニル基1モルに対する、(B)成分に相当するポリオルガノシロキサン中のケイ素原子結合水素原子のモル数を示す。
(a−1): 粘度10,000mPa・sの分子鎖両末端トリメチルシロキシ基封鎖ジメチルシロキサン・メチルビニルシロキサン共重合体(ビニル基の含有量=0.13質量%)
(a−2): 粘度350mPa・sの分子鎖両末端ジメチルビニルシロキシ基封鎖ジメチルシロキサン・メチルビニルシロキサン共重合体(ビニル基の含有量=約1.17質量%)
(b−1): 動粘度43.5mm2/sの分子鎖両末端トリメチルシロキシ基封鎖ジメチルシロキサン・メチルハイドロジェンシロキサン共重合体(ケイ素原子結合水素原子の含有量=約0.69質量%)
(c−1): 調製例2で調製した無機系増粘剤で増粘させた水分散液(スメクタイトクレーの含有量=0.85質量%)
(c−2): 調製例3で調製したセルロースナノファイバーにより増粘させた水分散液(セルロースナノファイバーの含有量=0.67質量%)
(d−1): ノニオン系界面活性剤(ソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、花王株式会社製の商品名:レオドールSP−O10V、HLBの値=4.3)
(d−2): ノニオン系界面活性剤(ソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、花王株式会社製の商品名:レオドールSP−O30V、HLBの値=1.8)
(e−1): LiN(SO2CF3)2
(e−2): NaN(SO2CF3)2
(e−3): LiPF6
(f−1): 白金の1,3−ジビニルテトラメチルジシロキサン錯体の1,3−ジビニルテトラメチルジシロキサン溶液(白金金属の含有量=約4000ppm)
(g−1): エチニルシクロヘキサノール 2質量部と粘度10,000mPa・sの分子鎖両末端ジメチルビニルシロキシ基封鎖ポリジメチルシロキサン 98質量部との混合物
顔料MB: ベンガラ(バイエル社製の商品名:バイフェロクス) 40質量部と粘度10,000mPa・sの分子鎖両末端ジメチルビニルシロキシ基封鎖ポリジメチルシロキサン 60質量部との混合物
Claims (6)
- (A)一分子中に少なくとも2個のケイ素原子結合アルケニル基を有するポリオルガノシロキサン 100質量部、
(B)一分子中に少なくとも2個のケイ素原子結合水素原子を有するポリオルガノシロキサン{(A)成分中のアルケニル基1モルに対して、(B)成分中のケイ素原子結合水素原子が0.4〜20モルとなる量}、
(C)水 20〜500質量部、
(D)増粘剤{(C)成分100質量部に対して0.01〜15質量部}、
(E)乳化剤 0.1〜15質量部、
(F)アルカリ金属のハロゲン含有イオン伝導体 0.00001〜2.0質量部、および
(G)ヒドロシリル化反応触媒{(A)成分と(B)成分の合計量に対して、(G)成分中の触媒金属が質量単位で0.01〜500ppmの範囲内となる量}
から少なくともなり、
(D)成分が、無機系増粘剤、セルロース繊維、水溶性ポリマー、吸水性ポリマー、前記無機系増粘剤と前記水溶性ポリマーとからなる親水性複合物、および前記無機系増粘剤と前記吸水性ポリマーとからなる親水性複合物からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の増粘剤であり、
(F)成分が、MBF 4 、MClO 4 、MPF 6 、MAsF 6 、MSbF 6 、MSO 3 CF 3 、MN(SO 2 CF 3 ) 2 、MSO 3 C 4 F 9 、MC(SO 2 CF 3 ) 3 、およびMB(C 6 H 5 ) 4 からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種のイオン伝導体(式中、Mはリチウムまたはナトリウムである。)である、
スポンジ形成性シリコーンゴム組成物。 - (D)成分の無機系増粘剤がスメクタイトクレーである、請求項1に記載のスポンジ形成性シリコーンゴム組成物。
- さらに、(H)ヒドロシリル化反応抑制剤を、(A)成分100質量部に対して0.001〜5質量部含有する、請求項1または2に記載のスポンジ形成性シリコーンゴム組成物。
- さらに、(I)補強性シリカ微粉末を、(A)成分100質量部に対して30質量部以下含有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のスポンジ形成性シリコーンゴム組成物。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のスポンジ形成性シリコーンゴム組成物をヒドロシリル化反応により架橋した後、得られたシリコーンゴムから水を除去するか、または該組成物をヒドロシリル化反応により架橋させながら水を除去してなるシリコーンゴムスポンジ。
- 画像形成装置の定着部材用シリコーンゴムスポンジである、請求項5に記載のシリコーンゴムスポンジ。
