Claims (6)
- 複数本の線材と、前記複数本の線材の端部に接続されて前記複数本の線材をまとめるとともに所定の場所に取り付けるための接続部材と、前記複数本の線材の一部または全部の周囲を覆ってブレース材への圧縮作用に対し線材の座屈を補剛する補剛材と、を備え、前記複数本の線材に作用する引張力および圧縮力によって履歴減衰特性を発揮することを特徴とするブレース材。
- 前記複数本の線材は、引張力に作用するが圧縮力に作用しない引張用線材と、圧縮力に作用するが引張力に作用しない圧縮用線材の組み合わせからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブレース材。
- 前記圧縮用線材が鋼材によって構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のブレース材。
- 前記引張用線材が繊維束によって構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のブレース材。
- 前記補剛材が、前記複数本の線材の各線材をそれぞれ挿通させる複数の貫通孔を有するコンクリートブロックからなることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のブレース材。
- 前記接続部材が、前記複数本の線材の各線材の端部をそれぞれ挿通させる複数の貫通孔を有する部材からなることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のブレース材。
