Description
1.X字状バランスフレームと引張ばねとの係合により、キーボードスイッチのバランスをより向上させ、従来の、単一のバランスロッドを用いる構造に比べてより安定になる。
2.ガイドコアで導通モジュール及びねじりばねを制御することにより、音声の発生を実現し、手触り感覚を向上させる。
3.ピストン構造により、導通モジュールの可動片が前進力のみを受けるので、可動片の変形リスクを低減させて性能をより安定にする。
1.X字状バランスフレームと引張ばねとの係合により、キーボードスイッチのバランスをより向上させ、従来の、単一のバランスロッドを用いる構造に比べてより安定になる。
2.ガイドコアで導通モジュール及びねじりばねを制御することにより、音声の発生を実現し、手触り感覚を向上させる。
3.ピストン構造により、導通モジュールの可動片が前進力のみを受けるので、可動片の変形リスクを低減させて性能をより安定にする。
Claims (6)
- ベース台と、ベース台上に設置されるキーキャップとを含み、
前記ベース台には、第1側収容溝が開設され、
前記第1側収容溝に導通モジュールが設置される薄型機械式キーボードスイッチであって、
前記ベース台には、第2側収容溝と、第1側収容溝と第2側収容溝との間に設置される中収容溝と、ベース台の上端の縁部の周囲に形成される囲み溝とが開設され、
前記囲み溝内には、バランスフレームが設置され、
前記第2側収容溝内には、ねじりばねが設置され、
前記中収容溝内には、少なくとも掛け片、引張ばね及びガイドコアが設置され、
前記引張ばねの一端は、ガイドコア内に係止されて掛け片に連結され、その他端は、バランスフレームに連結され、
前記第1側収容溝と中収容溝との間には、貫通溝が開設され、
前記貫通溝内には、ピストンが設置され、
前記ピストンは、ガイドコアと導通モジュールとの間に位置することを特徴とする薄型機械式キーボードスイッチ。 - 前記ベース台とキーキャップとの間には、蓋がさらに設置され、
前記蓋は、ねじりばね、引張ばね及び導通モジュールの上端に位置し、
前記蓋には、ガイドコアが貫通するための開口が開設されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薄型機械式キーボードスイッチ。 - 前記ベース台には、当該薄型機械式キーボードスイッチを固定するための固定部がさらに設置される請求項1または2に記載の薄型機械式キーボードスイッチ。
- 前記ガイドコアの側辺かつピストンの側辺には、係止溝が開設され、
前記ガイドコアの下端には、引張ばねが挿入されるための挿入溝が開設されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の薄型機械式キーボードスイッチ。 - 前記導通モジュールは、固定片及び可動片を含み、
前記ピストンは、ガイドコアと可動片との間に位置することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の薄型機械式キーボードスイッチ。 - 前記バランスフレームは、X字状フレームに形成され、U字状左ブラケット及びU字状右ブラケットを含み、
前記U字状左ブラケットの開口端は、U字状右ブラケットの開口端と交差して設置され、
前記U字状左ブラケットの前端固定脚及びU字状右ブラケットの前端固定脚は、いずれも囲み溝内に固定され、
前記U字状左ブラケットの後端固定脚及びU字状右ブラケットの後端固定脚は、いずれもキーキャップの下端に固定して連結されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の薄型機械式キーボードスイッチ。
