Abstract
本发明公开了一种薄型机械式键盘开关,包括一基座、及设置于基座上的键帽,该基座上开设有第一侧容置槽,该第一侧容置槽上设置有导通组件,所述基座上还开设有第二侧容置槽、设置于第一侧容置槽与第二侧容置槽之间的中容置槽、及围绕基座上端边缘开设的围槽,其中,该围槽内设置有平衡架,该第二侧容置槽内设置有扭簧;该中容置槽内设置有挡片、挂片、拉簧与导芯,该拉簧一端卡设于导芯内且与挂片连接,另一端与平衡架连接;所述第一侧容置槽与中容置槽之间开设有一通槽,该通槽中设置有一活塞,该活塞位于导芯与导通组件之间。本发明在提高稳定性的同时,按压过程中具有良好的触感,并使得在按压过程中能够产生声音,提升用户感受。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及键盘开关,尤其涉及一种薄型机械式键盘开关。
背景技术
电子设备的很多操作需要使用到键盘开关作为输入手段,键盘开关的好坏决定了输入设备的体验,这就需要键盘开关具有良好的手感和声感。现有采用金属片作为动触片的薄型键盘开关因为开关内部空间的限制,金属片的弹力相对不足,缺乏按压手感。生产厂家不断从金属片材料、形状等各个方面进行改进,以增加按压感受,但一直仅限于对按压触感的改进,由于薄型键盘开关内部空间的限制,始终无法像大键盘开关一样具有按压声音。
同时,键盘开关在使用过程中,稳定性差,导致使用不顺畅,影响正常使用。
发明内容
针对上述不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种薄型机械式键盘开关,在提高稳定性的同时,按压过程中具有良好的触感,并使得在按压过程中能够产生声音,提升用户感受。
本发明为达到上述目的所采用的技术方案是:
一种薄型机械式键盘开关,包括一基座、及设置于基座上的键帽,其中,该基座上开设有第一侧容置槽,该第一侧容置槽上设置有导通组件,其特征在于,所述基座上还开设有第二侧容置槽、设置于第一侧容置槽与第二侧容置槽之间的中容置槽、及围绕基座上端边缘开设的围槽,其中,该围槽内设置有平衡架,该第二侧容置槽内设置有扭簧;该中容置槽内设置有挡片、挂片、拉簧与导芯,该拉簧一端卡设于导芯内且与挂片连接,另一端与平衡架连接;所述第一侧容置槽与中容置槽之间开设有一通槽,该通槽中设置有一活塞,该活塞位于导芯与导通组件之间。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述基座与键帽之间还设置有一盖子,该盖子位于扭簧、拉簧与导通组件上端,且该盖子上开设有供导芯穿出的开口。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述基座上还设置有一固定片。
作为本发明的进一步改进,在所述导芯侧边且位于活塞侧边开设有一卡槽,且该导芯下端开设有供拉簧插入的插槽。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述导通组件包括静片与动片,该活塞位于导芯与动片之间。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述平衡架为X型架,其包括U型左支架与U型右支架,该U型左支架的开口端与U型右支架的开口端交叉设置,且该U型左支架的前端固定脚与U型右支架的前端固定脚分别固定于围槽内,该U型左支架的后端固定脚与U型右支架的后端固定脚分别固定连接于键帽下端。
本发明的有益效果为:
1.通过X型平衡架和拉簧的结合作用,进一步增强了键盘开关的平衡性,比传统只用单一平衡杆的结构设计更平稳;
2.通过采用导芯以控制导通组件和扭簧,实现声音的发出,增加手感;
3.采用活塞结构,使导通组件的动片只承受正向力,动片变形风险更低,性能更稳定。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明为达到预定目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式详细说明。
请参照图1至图4,本发明实施例提供一种薄型机械式键盘开关,包括一基座1、及设置于基座1上的键帽2,其中,该基座1上开设有第一侧容置槽11,该第一侧容置槽11上设置有导通组件3,所述基座1上还开设有第二侧容置槽12、设置于第一侧容置槽11与第二侧容置槽12之间的中容置槽13、及围绕基座1上端边缘开设的围槽14,其中,该围槽14内设置有平衡架4,该第二侧容置槽12内设置有扭簧5;该中容置槽13内设置有挡片6、挂片7、拉簧8与导芯9,该拉簧8一端卡设于导芯9内且与挂片7连接,另一端与平衡架4连接;所述第一侧容置槽11与中容置槽13之间开设有一通槽15,该通槽15中设置有一活塞10,该活塞10位于导芯9与导通组件3之间。
如图1所示,所述基座1与键帽2之间还设置有一盖子20,该盖子20位于扭簧5、拉簧8与导通组件3上端,用于对扭簧5、拉簧8与导通组件3起到定位作用,防止在按压过程中,扭簧5、拉簧8与导通组件3脱离基座1,且该盖子20上开设有供导芯9穿出的开口201,在按压过程中,导芯9在开口201中上下移动。在本实施例中,盖子20采用塑胶盖子,使各导电部件更好地绝缘。且所述基座1上还设置有一固定片30。
如图4所示,在所述导芯9侧边且位于活塞10侧边开设有一卡槽91,且该导芯9下端开设有供拉簧8插入的插槽92,通过将拉簧8一端插入导芯9的插槽92中,使拉簧8对导芯9具有向上的恢复力,使得处于按压状态的键盘开关向上恢复至自然状态。
如图1所示,所述导通组件3包括静片31与动片32,该活塞10位于导芯9与动片32之间。
如图1所示,所述平衡架4为X型架,其包括U型左支架41与U型右支架42,该U型左支架41的开口端与U型右支架42的开口端交叉设置,且该U型左支架41的前端固定脚与U型右支架42的前端固定脚分别固定于围槽14内,该U型左支架41的后端固定脚与U型右支架42的后端固定脚分别固定连接于键帽2下端。
如图5、图6所示,为键盘开关处于未按压状态的结构示意图,当按压键帽2时,键帽2会推动导芯9与平衡架4向下运动,导芯9向下运动会带动活塞10与扭簧5移动,从而使导通组件3的动片32接触静片31,实现键盘开关的导通功能,如图7为按压到终止状态的结构示意图;当对键帽2的按压力消失时,由于拉簧8的恢复力,对导芯9施加向上的作用力,使得处于按压状态的键盘开关向上恢复至自然状态,于此同时,由于扭簧5的恢复力敲击基座1发出声音,实现键盘开关的断开功能。
本发明的重点主要在于,
1.通过X型平衡架和拉簧的结合作用,进一步增强了键盘开关的平衡性,比传统只用单一平衡杆的结构设计更平稳;
2.通过采用导芯以控制导通组件和扭簧,实现声音的发出,增加手感;
3.采用活塞结构,使导通组件的动片只承受正向力,动片变形风险更低,性能更稳定。

Claims (6)
1.一种薄型机械式键盘开关,包括一基座、及设置于基座上的键帽,其中,该基座上开设有第一侧容置槽,该第一侧容置槽上设置有导通组件,其特征在于,所述基座上还开设有第二侧容置槽、设置于第一侧容置槽与第二侧容置槽之间的中容置槽、及围绕基座上端边缘开设的围槽,其中,该围槽内设置有平衡架,该第二侧容置槽内设置有扭簧;该中容置槽内设置有挡片、挂片、拉簧与导芯,该拉簧一端卡设于导芯内且与挂片连接,另一端与平衡架连接;所述第一侧容置槽与中容置槽之间开设有一通槽,该通槽中设置有一活塞,该活塞位于导芯与导通组件之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的薄型机械式键盘开关,其特征在于,所述基座与键帽之间还设置有一盖子,该盖子位于扭簧、拉簧与导通组件上端,且该盖子上开设有供导芯穿出的开口。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的薄型机械式键盘开关,其特征在于,所述基座上还设置有一固定片。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的薄型机械式键盘开关,其特征在于,在所述导芯侧边且位于活塞侧边开设有一卡槽,且该导芯下端开设有供拉簧插入的插槽。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的薄型机械式键盘开关,其特征在于,所述导通组件包括静片与动片,该活塞位于导芯与动片之间。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的薄型机械式键盘开关,其特征在于,所述平衡架为X型架,其包括U型左支架与U型右支架,该U型左支架的开口端与U型右支架的开口端交叉设置,且该U型左支架的前端固定脚与U型右支架的前端固定脚分别固定于围槽内,该U型左支架的后端固定脚与U型右支架的后端固定脚分别固定连接于键帽下端。
