Description

一种具有良好手感的按键开关 技术领域
本发明涉及一种按键开关,尤其涉及一种具有良好手感的按键开关。
背景技术
现有设备的很多操作需要使用到按键开关作为输入手段,按键开关好坏决定了输入设备的体验,需要保证良好的手感和使用寿命,同时在使用过程中的稳定性也具有很高的要求,而这些技术问题都在不断地改进过程中,但仍然不够理想。
现有的按键开关核心组件均采用机械轴结构,而普通的机械轴手感比较僵硬、不柔顺,难以实现更好的按压手感。
同时,在现有按键开关中,导芯下端与基座内部无直接接触连接,在按压导芯使其上下移动的过程中,由于作用在导芯上的作用力位置不同,在导芯上下移动过程中会出现导芯倾斜,无法沿竖直方向移动的现象,使整体按压稳定性低。
发明内容
针对上述不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有良好手感的按键开关,按压手感更软更柔顺,点击快速、省力,且弹性好,稳定性高,声音小。
本发明为达到上述目的所采用的技术方案是:
一种具有良好手感的按键开关,包括一基座、及盖合于基座上的一盖子,该盖子盖合于基座上后形成一容置腔,该容置腔内设置有插设于基座上的一导通组件、及上部活动穿出盖子上部的一导芯,其特征在于,在所述容置腔内且位于基座上端分别设置有一锥形弹性体与一硅胶体,该硅胶体位于导芯下方且罩设于锥形弹性体外围;通过按压导芯使导通组件导通,并通过硅胶体与锥形弹性体两者相结合为导芯的回弹提供弹性恢复力,实现按键开关的导通与断开功能。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述硅胶体下端面向上开设有供锥形弹性体活动的一活动槽。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述硅胶体包括位于导芯下方的一上硅胶凸台、及设置于上硅胶凸台下端的一下硅胶罩,其中,该下硅胶罩内开设有所述活动槽,且该硅胶体整体呈锥形。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述导芯下端设置有活动插入于基座上的若干定位柱。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述定位柱的数量为2根,且分别设置于导芯下端相对的两个底脚处。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述基座上端面分别开设有供硅胶体下端嵌入的环形槽、位于环形槽侧边且供导通组件插入的插槽、及位于环形槽侧边且供定位柱上下滑动的滑动槽。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述锥形弹性体为锥形弹片、锥形弹簧与锥形硅胶片三种中的任一种。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述导通组件包括一静片与一动片,该静片外侧面具有一静触点,该动片内侧面具有与静触点相对应的一动触点,同时,在该动片内侧面且位于动触点侧边设置有一推动块,该推动块上端具有向内侧延伸的一凸起,使在该推动块内侧边且位于凸起下方形成一让位空间。
作为本发明的进一步改进,在所述导芯下端设置有位于推动块侧边的一推动轴,该推动轴主要由一推动部、及连接于推动部与导芯下端之间的一外倾斜部组成。
本发明的有益效果为:
(1)采用硅胶体与锥形弹性体两者相结合为导芯的回弹提供弹性恢复力,由上硅胶凸台与下硅胶罩相结合形成的一体式硅胶体结构,形成机械轴“软茶轴”,与普通机械轴相比,具有更良好的手感,手感更软和柔顺,点击快速、省力,且弹性好,而且按键声音特别小,特别适合于长时间作业者,例如程序员、打字员等;
(2)在导芯下端增设了定位柱机构,使导芯在上下按压的过程中,能沿 竖直方向移动,保证导芯上下按压的稳定性,从而使产品使用时的性能更稳定。

为更进一步阐述本发明为达到预定目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式详细说明。
请参照图1、图2、图8与图9所示,本发明实施例提供一种具有良好手感的按键开关,包括一基座1、及盖合于基座1上的一盖子2,该盖子2盖合于基座1上后形成一容置腔,该容置腔内设置有插设于基座1上的一导通组件3、及上部活动穿出盖子2上部的一导芯4,在所述容置腔内且位于基座1上端分别设置有一锥形弹性体5与一硅胶体6,该硅胶体6位于导芯4下方且罩设于锥形弹性体5外围,在本实施例中,所述锥形弹性体5为锥形弹片、锥形弹簧与锥形硅胶片三种中的任一种,优选的,锥形弹性体5为锥形弹簧;通过按压导芯4使导通组件3导通,并通过硅胶体6与锥形弹性体5两者相结合为导芯4的回弹提供弹性恢复力,实现按键开关的导通与断开功能。
在本实施例中,具体的,如图3所示,所述硅胶体6下端面向上开设有供锥形弹性体5活动的一活动槽61。同时,所述硅胶体6包括位于导芯下方 的一上硅胶凸台62、及设置于上硅胶凸台62下端的一下硅胶罩63,其中,该下硅胶罩63内开设有所述活动槽61,且该硅胶体63整体呈锥形。
在本实施例中,为了使导芯4在上下按压的过程中,能沿竖直方向移动,保证整体稳定性,如图4、图5与图7所示,所述导芯4下端设置有活动插入于基座1上的若干定位柱41,在本实施例中,优选的,所述定位柱41的数量为2根,且分别设置于导芯4下端相对的两个底脚处。
相应的,在本实施例中,如图5所示,所述基座1上端面分别开设有供硅胶体6下端嵌入的环形槽11、位于环形槽11侧边且供导通组件3插入的插槽12、及位于环形槽11侧边且供定位柱41上下滑动的滑动槽13。
在本实施例中,如图1、图4与图6所示,所述导通组件3包括一静片31与一动片32,该静片31外侧面具有一静触点311,该动片32内侧面具有与静触点311相对应的一动触点321,同时,在该动片32内侧面且位于动触点321侧边设置有一推动块322,该推动块322上端具有向内侧延伸的一凸起3221,使在该推动块322内侧边且位于凸起3221下方形成一让位空间3222。同时。如图7所示,在所述导芯4下端设置有位于推动块322侧边的一推动轴42,该推动轴42主要由一推动部421、及连接于推动部421与导芯4下端之间的一外倾斜部422组成。
本实施例提供的按键开关,无声有手感,导芯中十字架四周完全围起来,使开关防尘性更好;同时,采用塑胶材质的盖子2,使各导电部件更好地绝缘;同时,基座1与盖子2采用PC透明材料制备,使整个产品透光性更好。
本发明的工作原理为:
如图8所示,按键开关处于自然状态,未按压导芯4,锥形弹性体5与硅胶体6处于自然状态;同时,导芯4下端的推动轴42向外推动动片32的推动块322,使动片32上的动触点321远离静片31上的静触点311,动触点321与静触点311没有接触,按键开关断开,未导通。
如图9所示,按键开关处于按压状态,向下按压导芯4,导芯4下端的定位柱41沿基座1上的滑动槽13向下滑动,导芯4下端面向下挤压硅胶体6,硅胶体6变形并向下压缩锥形弹性体5;于此同时,导芯4下端的推动轴 42依次下移至凸起3221下方的让位空间3222、及让位空间3222下方,而凸起3221脱离推动轴42的推动部421后,位于外倾斜部422侧边,则推动轴42与推动块322未接触,推动轴42释放了对推动块322向外的作用力,使动片32上的动触点321与静片31上的静触点311接触,则按键开关导通。
当释放对导芯4的按压时,由于硅胶体6与锥形弹性体5的弹性恢复力,使导芯4上移复位,按键开关恢复至自然状态,如图8所示。
本发明的重点主要在于:
(1)采用硅胶体与锥形弹性体两者相结合为导芯的回弹提供弹性恢复力,由上硅胶凸台与下硅胶罩相结合形成的一体式硅胶体结构,形成机械轴“软茶轴”,与普通机械轴相比,具有更良好的手感,手感更软和柔顺,点击快速、省力,且弹性好,而且按键声音特别小,特别适合于长时间作业者,例如程序员、打字员等;
(2)在导芯下端增设了定位柱机构,使导芯在上下按压的过程中,能沿竖直方向移动,保证导芯上下按压的稳定性,从而使产品使用时的性能更稳定。

  1. 一种具有良好手感的按键开关,包括一基座、及盖合于基座上的一盖子,该盖子盖合于基座上后形成一容置腔,该容置腔内设置有插设于基座上的一导通组件、及上部活动穿出盖子上部的一导芯,其特征在于,在所述容置腔内且位于基座上端分别设置有一锥形弹性体与一硅胶体,该硅胶体位于导芯下方且罩设于锥形弹性体外围;通过按压导芯使导通组件导通,并通过硅胶体与锥形弹性体两者相结合为导芯的回弹提供弹性恢复力,实现按键开关的导通与断开功能。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有良好手感的按键开关,其特征在于,所述硅胶体下端面向上开设有供锥形弹性体活动的一活动槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的具有良好手感的按键开关,其特征在于,所述硅胶体包括位于导芯下方的一上硅胶凸台、及设置于上硅胶凸台下端的一下硅胶罩,其中,该下硅胶罩内开设有所述活动槽,且该硅胶体整体呈锥形。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的具有良好手感的按键开关,其特征在于,所述导芯下端设置有活动插入于基座上的若干定位柱。
