コーティングされた構成要素(100)を形成する方法であって、
ケイ素系ボンドコーティング(104)を基材(102)の表面(103)に形成することであって、前記ケイ素系ボンドコーティング(104)は、耐火相(112)内に含まれるケイ素相(110)を備えることと、
環境障壁コーティング(108)を前記ケイ素系ボンドコーティング(104)に形成し、それにより前記ケイ素相(110)は、溶融すると、前記基材(102)の前記表面(103)と前記環境障壁コーティング(108)の内側表面(107)との間の耐火相(112)内に含まれることと
を含む、方法。

前記多孔質材料が、前記耐火相(112)が前記ケイ素系ボンドコーティング(104)内の連続相であるようにスポンジまたはフォームである、実施態様18に記載の方法。

前記ケイ素系ボンドコーティング(104)を前記基材(102)の前記表面(103)に形成することが、
耐火材料と金属ケイ素の粉末との混合物を前記基材(102)の前記表面(103)に適用することと、
前記耐火材料が前記耐火相(112)として硬化し、前記金属ケイ素が溶融して前記耐火相(112)内の細孔を充填するような温度に前記混合物を加熱することと、
前記金属ケイ素が前記ケイ素相(110)を前記耐火相(112)内に画定された前記細孔内に形成し、前記ケイ素系ボンドコーティング(104)を前記基材(102)の前記表面(103)に形成するように前記混合物を冷却することと

Claims (15)
- 表面(103)を有する基材(102)と、
前記基材(102)の前記表面(103)上にあり、耐火相(112)内に含まれるケイ素相(110)を備えるケイ素系ボンドコーティング(104)と、
前記ケイ素系ボンドコーティング(104)上の環境障壁コーティング(108)と、
を備える、コーティングされた構成要素(100)であって、
前記コーティングされた構成要素は、前記ケイ素相(110)が前記環境障壁コーティング(108)の動作温度限界よりも低い温度で溶融し、溶融した前記ケイ素相が前記耐火相(112)内、および前記基材(102)の前記表面(103)と前記環境障壁コーティング(108)の内側表面(107)との間に含まれるように構成される、コーティングされた構成要素(100)。 - 前記ケイ素相(110)が、金属ケイ素、ケイ素合金、約1500°C以下の融点を有するケイ化物、またはそれらの混合物を含む、請求項1に記載のコーティングされた構成要素(100)。
- 前記ケイ素相(110)が、約50重量%〜100重量%の量の金属ケイ素を含む、請求項1に記載のコーティングされた構成要素(100)。
- 前記ケイ素相(110)が、約1400°C以上の温度で溶融する、請求項1に記載のコーティングされた構成要素(100)。
- 前記ケイ素相(110)が、約1450°Cの温度で溶融される、請求項1に記載のコーティングされた構成要素(100)。

- 前記耐火相(112)が、前記ケイ素系ボンドコーティング(104)の厚さにわたる3次元ネットワークを形成し、前記基材(102)の前記表面(103)および前記環境障壁コーティング(108)の前記内側表面(107)に結合される、請求項1に記載のコーティングされた構成要素(100)。
- 前記耐火相(112)が、前記ケイ素相(110)の融点よりも高い融点を有する材料を含む、請求項1に記載のコーティングされた構成要素(100)。
- 前記耐火相(112)が、希土類ケイ酸塩、希土類酸化ガリウム、酸化ハフニウム、酸化タンタル、酸化ニオブ、約1500°C以上の融点を有するケイ化物、酸化ケイ素、またはそれらの混合物である、請求項1に記載のコーティングされた構成要素(100)。
- 前記耐火相(112)が、ホウ素、ガリウム、アルミニウム、またはそれらの混合物でドープされる、請求項10に記載のコーティングされた構成要素(100)。
- 前記ケイ素系ボンドコーティング(104)が、約25体積%〜約75体積%の前記ケイ素相(110)、および約25体積%〜約75体積%の前記耐火相(112)を含み、
前記環境障壁コーティング(108)が、複数の層(114)を含み、前記環境障壁コーティング(108)の前記層(114)の少なくとも1つが、密閉層(116)を含み、前記密閉層(116)が、前記密閉層(116)が前記環境障壁コーティング(108)の前記内側表面(107)を画定するように前記ケイ素系ボンドコーティング(104)に隣接し、

環境障壁コーティング(108)を前記ケイ素系ボンドコーティング(104)上に形成することと、を含み、
前記コーティングされた構成要素は、前記ケイ素相(110)が前記環境障壁コーティング(108)の動作温度限界よりも低い温度で溶融し、溶融した前記ケイ素相が前記基材(102)の前記表面(103)と前記環境障壁コーティング(108)の内側表面(107)との間の耐火相(112)内に含まれるように構成される、方法。 - 前記ケイ素系ボンドコーティング(104)を前記基材(102)の前記表面(103)上に形成することが、
多孔質犠牲材料を耐火材料のスラリで浸透させることと、
前記多孔質犠牲材料を前記基材(102)の前記表面(103)に適用することと、
その後、前記耐火材料のスラリで浸透した前記多孔質犠牲材料を加熱して前記多孔質犠牲材料を焼失させ、かつその内部に細孔を画定する前記耐火相(112)として前記耐火材料を硬化させることと、
ケイ素を前記耐火相(112)内に画定された細孔に浸透させ、前記ケイ素系ボンドコーティング(104)を前記基材(102)の前記表面(103)上に形成することと
を含む、請求項13に記載の方法。 - 前記ケイ素系ボンドコーティング(104)を前記基材(102)の前記表面(103)上に形成することが、
耐火材料と金属ケイ素の粉末との混合物を前記基材(102)の前記表面(103)に適用することと、
前記耐火材料が前記耐火相(112)として硬化し、前記金属ケイ素が溶融して前記耐火相(112)内の細孔を充填するような温度に前記混合物を加熱することと、
前記金属ケイ素が前記ケイ素相(110)を前記耐火相(112)内に画定された前記細孔内に形成し、前記ケイ素系ボンドコーティング(104)を前記基材(102)の前記表面(103)上に形成するように前記混合物を冷却することと
を含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
