Description
GFETと有機物プローブとを組み合わせた検出素子を、以下のようにして用意する。まず、銅箔表面に1000℃程度の条件でメタン等の炭化水素系物質を含むガスをフローしたCVD(Chemical Vapor Deposition:化学気相成長)によってグラフェンを形成する。次に、ポリメチルメタクリレート膜をスピンコート法により4000rpmで塗布し、逆面の銅箔を0.1Mの過硫酸アンモニウム溶液でエッチングすることによって、溶液に浮遊したグラフェン膜を回収する。これでグラフェンはポリメチルメタクリレート膜側へ転写される。

- 被検出分子を含む検出対象ガスを捕集する捕集部と、
センサー部と、前記センサー部に設けられた有機物プローブとをそれぞれ有する複数の検出セルを備え、前記捕集部で捕集された前記被検出分子を前記有機物プローブで捕捉する検出器と、
前記被検出分子が前記複数の検出セルの前記有機物プローブに捕捉されることにより生じる検出信号の強度差に基づく信号パターンにより前記被検出分子を識別する識別器とを具備し、
少なくとも2つの前記検出セルは、前記センサー部に設けられた、第1の有機化合物からなる第1の有機物プローブと、前記第1の有機化合物とは種類が異なる第2の有機化合物からなる第2の有機物プローブとを有し、

- 前記第1および第2の反応基は、ヒドロキシ基およびアミノ基から選ばれる少なくとも1つであり、
前記第1および第2の隣接基は、フッ素化アルキル基、アルキル基、シアノ基、ニトロ基、およびエーテル結合基から選ばれる少なくとも1つである、請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の分子検出装置。 - 前記第1の有機化合物における前記第1の反応基と前記第1の隣接基とを含む前記有機基、および前記第2の有機化合物における前記第2の反応基と前記第2の隣接基とを含む前記有機基は、それぞれ芳香族炭化水素基である、請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の分子検出装置。
- 前記第1の有機化合物における前記芳香族炭化水素基は、前記第1の反応基と前記第1の隣接基とが同一の炭素に結合したアルキル基を有し、前記第2の有機化合物における前記芳香族炭化水素基は、前記第2の反応基と前記第2の隣接基とが同一の炭素に結合したアルキル基を有する、請求項6に記載の分子検出装置。
